I got a battery on 1/9 and came back the same day to drop off my old battery. Both interactions were great. My second interaction was why I decided to leave a review. Ashton appeared happy to answer any questions I had. I am not very mechanically inclined, so it was nice to have someone willing to help you understand something. You don’t always get customer service like that these days. I would recommend everyone to go here for your batteries.

Told to go to walmart to have battery tested. After 90 min of waiting googled other places to have battery tested and this place popped up. Grabbed our van and in 5 min had our battery tested and learned lots about the battery in our van. Great service! Trust them and will come back when in need!.

We took our car batteries to interstate Battery on Seneca & received the best customer service from Ashton and David. I got a chance to meet a team member and it just feels like these folks have respect for everyone that walks in without any judgement. We highly recommend them for all your Battery issues.

WOW!! These folks are amazing. Chalee, I might have misspelled her name, but what a gem. She came out to my car to help me. She was knowledgeable about the type of battery I needed, offered a less expensive alternative to what I was expecting to pay, installed the new battery and took my card in so I didn't even have to get out of my car. Great people.

This was the absolute best and friendliest service I think I have ever gotten anywhere!! I went in a couple of days ago with car battery problems and unsure if it was actually my battery or my car not charging. Shalee helped me from beginning to end and never once made me feel inferior or that I was going to be taken advantage of, which is often how I feel when I have car problems! She made sure everything was working correctly and encouraged me to come back if I had any problems!Thank you Shalee!!

Got on the phone with Zach (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), he said I could come right in and get help. He actually serviced my subaru and replaced my battery. Professional service, quick, and had some great (golf) conversation. Highly recommend taking your car here! Very reasonable prices as well. Thanks Zach & Interstate Batteries!

This experience was probably a one star experience but because this is my first bad experience with this location, I am giving them an extra star.2 years ago I purchased a higher end AGM battery from this location. I have had pretty decent luck with Interstate batteries in the past and I have purchased a few from this location. It came with a 3 year warranty. The battery started losing voltage if it sat, even just overnight it would lose enough voltage to not being able to start a vehicle (I fully slow charged the battery at 1amp then let it sit overnight unhooked and tested the next morning). I brought it to them on a Monday to hopefully warranty and explained the situation. they told me that it was somewhat discharged so they would have to charge it over night and test it the next day. I explained that this was part of the issue but understood why they would need to charge it. They told me they would call me the next day after they tested it. I called them on Thursday of the same week as I had not heard from them. I told them I had dropped a battery off to have them charge and test it and was checking the status. Without asking a name or type of battery they told me it was ready to pick up. I asked them how it tested, and he said it tested fine. I was a little suspicious but figured maybe there were not a whole lot of batteries this had bad done to this week so no need to see which one was mine. I went to pick it up and they told me they just took it off the charger and it tested fine. When I explained that it was losing it's charge just sitting, they again told me they load tested it and it was fine. The employee over the phone and the one in person (sounded like different people) both showed no interest in investigating further. I took the battery home and tested it on a load tester, and it tested bad. I am so disappointed in this interaction because I feel like they were just hoping I was an average person that did not know much about batteries or how to test them, so they did not have to warranty this battery. I purchase batteries often as I am a mechanic and will no longer be purchasing from Interstate because of this experience. I really hope that this is a staff issue and not a companywide policy change as I have never had an issue getting an Interstate battery warrantied in the past.
