Integrity Auto exceeded my expectations right from the start. They performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and provided a detailed report that was not only more affordable than other shops, but also incredibly comprehensive. The report included photos and clear solutions for the problems they identified. No stone was left unturned.
The team at Integrity Auto was very courteous and personable. They took the time to explain everything in a way that I could easily understand. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and attentiveness. I highly recommend Integrity Auto and will continue to use them for future repairs and services.

Took my car in because it was popping whenever I would turn. Turns out it was a broken axel and my dad offered to come and help replace it with me. The people at integrity were very kind and understanding. They even bumped the cost of the inspection down a bit for me.

We went with these people to fix a broken window after someone broke into our car. "Integrity" Auto Repair sent our vehicle to another location and all items inside of our vehicle were stolen.
This happened over a year ago.
No integrity from "integrity auto repair."
I feel so bad for my parter. He left some beautiful things in his car only to have them stolen when working with this Auto Repair company.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Integrity Auto for the past 4 years. I started with oil changes and moved into more serious repair work because I find them trustworthy, professional, friendly, and competent.
I am really happy to have such a great auto repair shop in the neighborhood.

Seriously impressed with these folks. They were upfront and honest about what my car needed. Being a single parent with a limited budget I was extremely worried about clearing out my savings to get my car fixed but Loren made sure to itemize what needed fixed first and worked with my budget to get me and my kid safely back in the road and Jessica made us feel like we were part of the family while we waited. I will continue to come back for all my car care needs!!!
10 out of 10 recommend them to folks asking me who to go to for honest auto repair.

I have been going here for over 6 years, and I will never go anywhere else! The staff are absolutely wonderful! Truly great people. I always feel so, so well taken care of. They do great work and I fully trust them, which is a huge deal! They really do have *integrity*
I know with my car being worked on here, my kiddos and I are riding safe! Love it here!

I recently moved to Eugene from Mill Valley CA where I had a longstanding relationship with a wonderful tire and car service provider. I thought I’d never find such an ideal shop again, but then I was referred to Integrity Auto. Yes! Great, friendly, car-smart staff, reasonable cost, and an easily accessible location. On my first visit I immediately felt welcome. We made a sensible, affordable plan to care for my car. It’s an 07 Prius that I have taken very good care of, and will continue to with Integrity’s help. As an old Neil Young song goes, “with your chrome heart shining in the sun, long may you run.” ? ? Thank you Adam, Loren and Jessica!

Best mechanic I’ve been to. These folks are honest and won’t just try and sell you on stuff to repair just to make a quick buck. I love how open they are and how well they communicate. Throughout the process of getting my car fixed, they would send me pictures and call me to keep me up to date with the repair. It’s so common to go to a mechanic and get duped into spending money on services you don’t necessarily need, especially if you’re not a “car person”, but these folks at integrity live up to their name! I’ll be going back to them for even basic services like oil changes now because I was so impressed with their work and customer service. I’ll be referring friends and family over too! Thanks yall!

Another auto shop who just takes advantage of people. I first called on 2/8/24 to explain the issues my car was having. They stated I should not be driving it until my car could be seen that following Monday on 2/12/24. When they finally called me on Wednesday 2/14/24 to give me an update they said they couldn't "replicate" the issue and couldn't find anything wrong with my car. So I had to leave work early that day and miss out on much needed pay in order to take the mechanic for a ride to literally show him the issue my car was having. During the ride, he stated the complete opposite of what they had explained to him about my car. He concluded that I just needed a transmission system cleaning and fluid exchange. WRONG! The second I drove my car away after them completing the service, I noticed my car was having the same exact issues. I called them back and they just said I could bring the car in again. NO WAY I was doing that again since they obviously have NO IDEA what they are doing. I ended up taking my car to a different mechanic. Come to find out, my whole transmission was failing!!!! I didn't need a transmission flush, I needed a whole new transmission replacement!! THOUSANDS of dollars later, I finally got my car fixed PROPERLY this week.
Not only am I out ALL those days of having to pay for Ubers for work, but they charged me for a service I didn't even need!! I wasted my time, money, and missing hours from work. The ONLY way they could make this right is by refunding me the $200 service that my car didn't even need.

Very impressed with the combination of professionalism and inter personal communication skills that are shared by the team at Integrity Automotive Repair.I rarely recommend family or friends to businesses unless I feel the quality of the product is worth endorsing. Have told a few friends about my experience with Integrity and so far 2 of them have had their pickups serviced there. Both told me they are equally impressed with the quality of service they received. I found the customer service very helpful and are willing to give straightforward advice on needed work to the vehicle. No pressure if you decline, just honest conversation about why they recommend the repair.
