As a fellow real estate agent buying an investment property, Heather went above and beyond what I even thought was possible even with all the experience with other lenders I have on the agent side. Heather methodically provides for her clients (and myself!) very well. She knows what matters and to be there when it counts. Heather and her team had helped me previously with a home purchase. 4 years later, it was my first refinance on another home. I contacted Heather it was was so easy. Her team kept me informed throughout the process and were always available to answer any questions or quell any concerns. I received a better rate and my monthly payment went down considerably.
