23 Oakway Center, Eugene“I love this gym! I've been going for about a year now and it's been amazing. I feel stronger and healthier in so many ways.
The staff are compassionate and accommodating. The coaches are fun, knowledgeable, and entertaining.
I can't recommend them highly enough!
The cost is a barrier, but it has also been a motivator for me. I can't waste this much money, so I go 3-4 times a week. That's about 8-10 a class. The free intro class was helpful.
Give it a try if you are curious!”

65 Division Ave F, Eugene“Small gym that’s kept pretty clean. The early morning crowd- before 6- is manageable and easy to find a good spot to workout. There is a group class some days at 9 that takes up all free space- so I don’t go when that is going on. Kettlebell selection is pretty good.”
“CTS has been part of my life since August 2017 when I decided to participate in the Six Week Challenge. I will admit I initially felt mislead when the FREE Training AD I answered no Facebook had a small disclaimer not mentioned until I arrived to speak with the owner Gary. Due to Gary's passion, promise and reasoning regarding the buy-in for the six weeks I chose to take the chance. I put up $500 up front with the promise that I would get the $500 back if I met my goal of losing 6% body fat in 6 weeks. I killed it. The meal plan was super easy to understand and execute, and came with over 50 amazing recipes. The 30 minute works out were intense and challenging and made me sweat as much as my former hour plus workouts. Finally, the support I received from the owner Gary, the other coaches, and the other members of the Tribe was unbelievable. I lost 7.3% body fat in 6 weeks, lost 11 pounds, and made some great friends along. the way. The 6 week challenge is a great format and I have brought many friends to try it out with great success. Gary is compassionate and knows each of our "stories" and our "why" and reminds us of it when he thinks we need some extra motivation. Josh is one of the coaches and he is out of this world. His ability to modify exercises within workouts per individuals strengths challenges me each and every workout. His passion for fitness and for people improving their lives shines through with each and every interaction. It is a great place to get that initial push to make changes and just as good of a place to continue that journey. Definitely come check it out.”

247 Washington St, Eugene“I started doing CrossFit in 2020. Spencer and Leticia (the owners) welcomed me with open arms and helped me learn every skill and how to utilize my strength to better my fitness. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough because of its family values, inclusiveness, and how the coaches treat their members. Walking through the doors to a gym that is welcoming and full of friendly people is my favorite time of my day.”

855 Ferry St, Eugene“I can't say enough good things about this place.I came to Lane 5 with very little fitness experience. Not only had my level of activity declined significantly during the pandemic, but I had historically never considered myself "athletic." After a year of working out at Lane 5, all of that has changed - my overall health and well-being has improved by leaps and bounds because of the positive community created here by the coaches, most especially Billy and Tom, the co-owners. They continue to thoughtfully teach not only the techniques needed to successfully do CrossFit, but also a growth mindset that has made it possible for me do things I never imagined I would. If you've ever thought about trying CrossFit, but are intimidated, don't be. At least not at Lane 5. If I could start at pretty much zero fitness and grow from there, you can, too. Everything can be scaled based on your abilities.”

3666 W 11th Ave, Eugene“Chris and the members are very warm and welcoming. The workouts are intermediate and everyone is very helpful with form and technique. I’d recommend this place to anyone who is serious about consistent workouts.”
“I love the place. I don't know the staff/trainers name that's there when I go but he's fantastic. He remembers me and all the regular members. He knows their names which is really important”

2370 W 11th Ave, Eugene“I like going when it's not super busy. Black card is totally worth it for the hydromassage services. Good selection of equipment. Sometimes staff seem to be more interested in chatting with each other than helping, but once you get their attention are very nice.”
“Staff for sure earn 5 star review! I have been going to a Delta/Westcoast fitness (that gym) before they were Golds Gym over 15 years ago. Not the newest equipment but friendly staff makes up for it. New management is lucky that they keep a lot of the staff that has worked there for years who know members by name and is always friendly. Kudos to Delta staff!”
“Wayne the Manager is fantastic. Really cares about the gym & the people. Hot tub & Pool super. Low key but good vibe with a little community connect. Can't wait for aqua bed massage! Ty Oak Fiit!”
“An encouraging group of people with all different fitness levels. The workouts are modifiable and you have a personal trainer to help guide you during the group class. I love it!”
