The old guy working for getting the donations is really rude! it was a rainy day and we were donating some books and he made us feel it’s our fault to quickly go through the book we donate so “ it won’t get rain on, otherwise they gonna be trash.” But all the book have waterproof covers and he can wheel the cart under the covered area by the donation door, what a jerk.

Friendly staff, offered to help us unload.Be aware, this location does not take large items (dining chairs, small exercise bike, small book shelf), they directed us to the Seneca location for the large items.

Just donated 10 bags of cloths at least 2 of those bags weren't meant for donation.Requested them back and wee were told we could discribe one item and they might be able to find that one item.2 bags full of family heirlooms gone because of lazy attendents and supposedly some corporate policy...What happens when the cops show up looking for stolen merchandise? Do you hand them a slip of paper and tell them to discribe the one item they are looking for?Are you joking?Goodwill and their "we just work here" employees are a bunch of thieves.I stand by my original review on our "local" goodwills. Do not donate to goodwill, they are a for profit company Goodwill is not a charity, should never be allowed to act like one.

I cannot for the life of me understand that when a company is given/donated surpluses of items, how they can mark up those items for retail sales to what it costs brand new, and in some cases even more expensive. These guys are grossly monopolizing and gaining huge capitol.... Nonprofit? It's expensive to shop here.

Attendant was mildly friendly, but said "We can't take those " - the large framed artwork we wanted to donate. Wish she would have told us which donation center would take the paintings. They were worth several hundred dollars that Goodwill could have made some money on. The drive thru option was easy and they were not crowded

Most of the attendants are friendly and helpful. There is this one younger female attendant tho, that is extremely rude and rough with the donations. She purposely slams down fragile and breakable donated items. I have seen her do this many many times. I warn her ahead of time by telling her that some of the contents that I am donating are glass or breakable and she still purposely drops and slams them down. She does it every time I see her working there. Every time I go to donate things at this donation center, I pray that she isnt going to be working that day so that I dont have to deal with her nonsense.
