Terrible customer service. This place is overpriced, but we always look anyways because they carry things you wouldn't necessarily find elsewhere. I found a small thing for my son that had a $1 price tag on it. When she rand it up it was $2.99 so I pointed out that no, it's a dollar and says it right on it. She said someone must have marked it wrong and I told her they all had that tag on it. She asked if I wanted it for the $2.99 price and I said "no, I'd like for you to give it to me for the price it's marked as". She refused and as I was leaving the store she tried to find where it was so I told her and she was rude and brushed me off. I went back into the store to take a picture of the product and she was still looking for it. When she saw me over there she immediately came over and pushed her way in front of me to grab them all (I have a picture of this happening). Just overall a terrible experience and I will not be going back and advise others to not do business here.

This store has pretty consistently bad customer service, usually it’s just teenagers on their phones, not wanting to help customers or even greet them, but today takes the cake. I came into the store with my husband and three kids, including my baby in a stroller. We did have drinks in the stroller that no one was touching. Was able to make a few loops around the store, the two older kids were going to each pick something out, but then the employee working there came up and told us no drinks in the store. We weren’t drinking them, we weren’t even holding them. Classic example of an employee stopping a business from making money based on her inability to read a room. I wasn't surprised with the several Google reviews that outlined the same experience. If this place is a franchise, the owners need to seriously retrain their employees and encourage them to start making sales and to stop actively driving sales away.

Awful customer service. Bought a soda right outside the store and hadn’t even opened it yet. We immediately (and rudely) got told to leave. Will not be coming back.

I'd rate a zero if I could. Person working was glaring at everyone then kicked me out because we had drinks that were put away in our stroller. There's no sign anywhere stating no food or drink allowed and the way she said it was incredibly rude. Wish I'd gotten her name. Never going there again and I don't think anyone else should either. I have no idea how they're still in business with someone like that working there.

Absolutely the worst customer service, no greeting and didn't thank you. She was the only person running the calendar kiosk in front of the store and the store, all she did was complain about the owners. Lost my future business.

Can't rate the customer service because there was none. Heck, the other people that came in thought I worked there! Barely, and I mean barely a timid nod for a greeting. And get this, I caught her actually playing video games on her screen instead of watching the store. No, "Can I help you?" When she noticed I caught on to her she nervously started fumbling about acting as if she was working. Did not greet others in the store. In fact she looked like she couldn't wait for us to leave. Go to FYE. Better prices, friendly, fun and they actually say HELLO

I came in looking for gifts for my nephews birthday this month, I left empty handed as there we're literally no employees in the store, and merchandise was not priced clearly on items I wanted to purchase if I could even find a cashier. I did like their selection of board games and puzzles though. Not sure if I will be back to this location again.

worst customer service experience ! i purchased a 120$ item and it was broken when i opened the box. i called repeatedly for 2 hours and EVERYTIME the Phone was answered then hung up...... I CALLED ON 1/5 FROM 1PM TO 4PM AT THE EUGENE VALLY RIVER MALL LOCATION WHO EVER WAS ON THAT SHIFT SHOULD BE FIRED !!!!!! FYI IF YOU CALL THE NUMBER GOOGLE GIVES IT SAYS OUT OF SERVICE SO I HAD TO LOOK IT UP ON THE WEB
