This used to be the only vapeshop I would ever go to, They had what I needed and the customer service was great...Up until about a year ago. The employees started to become extremely rude every time I went in and i dont know why. I now go to the nephos of Coburg road. It's out of the way but worth not getting mean mugged while asking for a vape

The WORST. I used to go in there pretty regularly but the employees are always super rude and barely speak or respond to me. Im always polite so i dont know if its personal or what. Its probably because i dont tip them. For what? Definitely not customer service🤦🏽♂️I wonder if they report those tips? I doubt it. Im sure Management wont acknowledge this review either. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This is a great place to shop. They have anything you need in a smoke shop. The staff are friendly, amazing, courteous and they know their smoking products. The owner is a great guy also.

Was a tobacco customer here for about 7 years ...until I bought a small electronic item and it broke within few days and they wouldn't issue any kind of replacement or refund at all ..lost a customer for life
