This store has excellent customer service with many knowledgeable associates who provide many options for your " do it yourself projects."One associate John , who works part time has assisted me several times with in selecting the right products for my new home.I recently was in a hurry picking up a on line order at this store. and asst.mgr Jill took the time to help me , and contacted a store fork lift operator to load my products onto my truck.The front end cashiers also provide me with directions for certain products I'm looking for.Also when I'm not sure of a item in stock. Customer service has always taken the time to check their computers and fill me in with the in stock merchandise. This is definitely my go to store..

This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Where the hell do they find these people. They're all kids that work their with real terrible attitudes. They don't even greet you in or out. I check out and they literally don't say a word !!

Twice I shopped here, both times I ended up at the same register with the same person, other registers were really busy. The young lady at the register rang up my items, I showed my military ID card, she started speaking to me in a condescending patronizing manner. "Oh, I bet you're really smart????!!!" O_O "Did you serve with special forces????!!!" O_O "Are you active duty???!!!O_O She made a scene in front of other customers both times, I felt like I was being made fun of and mocked for my service to our country. I left the store and filed a complaint with Home Depot via the receipt survey. She over reacted and spoke about me and my service and put on a big drama show at the register. I quit going to this store and I avoid Home Depot as much as I can, something similar happened at the Bend Oregon store, the guy asked me of my injuries, how I was injured and wanted to know if I killed anyone. Really, I just wanted the military discount, I'm not there to be grilled or made fun of for my service. Best leave Home Depot out of my life anyway, there are plenty other hardware stores.

There is no customer service. They don't employ anyone. Products they carry are trash. The customer service is even worse. With the amount of money this company is making you would think they could provide a little bit of service. Jerry's is a much better local company with knowledgeable staff.

Went to home depot today to spend a couple hundred dollars for trimming trees and went to use my military discount and they refused it saying that now you have to register on their website to get the discount what a bunch of b******* you can't show your veterans card they won't take it , assholes

It can be difficult to find employees to assist you, but the ones I've encountered have been helpful and nice. My favorite feature of home depot is the ability to search for items online including store availability and aisle location; it saves a lot of time when employees are sparse and you can spend a lot of time wandering around the store. I have searched for items at times and was unable to find them, perhaps they were stocked in the back? I wouldn't know because there was no one to ask.

I am not surprised this location gets dissatisfied reviews. I went in to have a piece of 4x8 ply board cut ($68.00 Board) and the attendant was neither caring nor listening to me about my project. He carelessly handled my board dropping it on a corner, ripped through the board as fast as he could, splintering it at every cut. I was so horrified but he would not give me his attention when I tried to tell him to slow down. He kept his back to me and averted his gaze when I tried to get him to see me. I thought I could make it work and just let it go. In putting the project together, I just got more upset at his carelessness and aloof attitude with me. I called the Home Depot and spoke to the floor manager and his response was that he was sorry, then he asked me what time of day it was when I had it cut and to describe the person who cut it so he could talk with him. The manager said he would give me $20 off towards my next project. I need this project done right! I don't need to spend an extra $46 to get some replacement wood. The original pieces would have turned out great if he would have just cut the wood slow or even turned it around to the other side before cutting. He should have slowed down enough to ask me about my project. But instead he treated me as if he didn't have the time nor the desire to help. I did this same project in Bend, Oregon with their Home Depot and the person cutting did all the right things and the project came out beautifully.

1 star because 0 isn't an option. Horrible customer service, rude and dismissive staff who are then offended when you won't tolerate them speaking down to, and interrupting you mid-sentence. Abysmal delivery service to store. I've been told my order is "at the local terminal and will be delivered tomorrow" for 8 days now- after an initial 18 day delivery estimate. Rental Center isn't any better- waited for 25 minutes in line, only to be told "let me help this customer before I get to you" when a customer walked up from outside. There are many other local and major home improvement stores to go to in the surrounding area- and all of them are better than any Home Depot.

Every time I go into this store there no help. Rude workers . Not polite at all . Unless you know what you're looking for specifically you don't get help. Customer service rude . No caring at all from these people who work here. As a Vet I go to these places that offer discounts . They give 10% discounts for vets . But not online. I tried to return something to get my Vets discount and was told No. When I have done this as a fact in the past with another Home Depot . Talking to management is futile.No one listens. Rather go to Lowe's

The day the mower won't run. Another spring is here snd the new mower from last May is broken with multiple problems. Ryobi tools so far are getting a D. Took it in to the rental department and got the best service! After 3 trips up and down the store bouncing between customer service and tool rental was get old. I suggested maybe the allow me to return the unit and purchase a better mower. Nope.. hhmmm a little confused I returned to the tool rental and the Mgr was in hot pursuit ( guess it was obvious I was upset. )After a little back and forth with the Mgr the Tech. Was on his way to fixing my mower!!! I am happy because Porter the Mgr took the time and patience to work through the situation. I really appreciate it. Knowing and able to admit I might be one of those customers thanks guys.
