The staff at this location is very nice and helpful, however, we seem to have recurring issues with package delivery. Every time we think the issue(s) are dealt with they begin to recur. It seems drivers either cannot or do not read addresses or the delivery instructions on the package labels or in their handheld machines.... read full comment

Seem to be literally incapable of actually delivering a package. Drivers have no clue what they are doing or just sit in their vehicles and make no attempt to deliver items. Best thing to do is avoid FedEx while in Eugene. They really need to replace staff with people that have some level of competence at all.
