I need to professional staff. The places very clean. And everybody's very helpful when accommodating. I have a recommended going here if you have any shipping needs versus the Post Office.

Not the friendliest staff. No greeting. Seemed to be an imposition for Ashley to help. No smile. Somber, bored look. Antoni seemed disinterested when I tried to be straight up with another man my age. Too bad. Fed Ex is very necessary, but, reluctant and unsmiling employees only bring a business down. I had 26 years at Costco. These people wouldn't make it there.

I was trying to fax material on the day of electrical problems for AT&T and Tony Whose real name is Antonio? Helped me several times trying to make my fax go through, really nice guy. Eventually he was able to help me. Email the material that I needed to send the government so that was really good. He saved me a lot of time. He's a personable man and takes care of his sister too:) America needs more customer service people like him. Sincerely mj Alpine OR

We've all been there. We need to ship something from ebay or whatever but ran out of packing tape. We prepare the box and the label and head off to the shipment store to buy some tape, seal and label the box, and drop it off with the carrier. At least, that's how it's supposed to work, but my experience here was different. The lady behind the counter named Ashley saw the old shipment label on the box, the one that was going to be covered up with the new one, and decided that she could not allow me to ship this unless I replaced the box because one time like seven years ago the box was used to ship something containing lithium ion batteries and had a warning. It didn't matter that the box was obviously reused, it didn't matter that the box was still open and she could see directly for herself that the box did not in fact contain hazardous materials. It didn't matter that I pulled off the offending label and offered to proceed. She wanted to to send me on an errand to replace a box for a pre-metered ebay shipment, but such boxes are not sold retail in town and another box size will have a different dimensional weight and the pre-metered label is useless. She basically understood all this, but felt strongly that the corregated cardboard box was unsuitable because she had seen it with the old label.I told them this was insane corporate lizard people behavior when even the supervisor couldn't resolve the situation. It's a little further out of town, but you can take FedEx items directly to their distribution center or any number of drop-off boxes scattered throughout town for smaller items, and for the people of Eugene, OR, this is what I recommend you do. Please do not encourage the Ashleys of the world, nor the corporations who believe it's in their best interest to degrade their paying customers with objectively irrational and arbitrary rules or enforcement. For shame, how regrettable for everyone.

Shuneesha at store # 0902 was very helpful doing copies for me, an eighty year old man who is challenged by copy machines. I am very grateful to her.

Previously my neighborhood go-to for small print jobs, but no more. More than $1 per sheet for a print job under 50 sheets, simple glossy fliers. And you can't call the store directly--must navigate through a long and obnoxious answering service, foreign call center, than be ported through to the store, to be followed up with lackluster service. To be fair, with those prices, I'm sure the irritation of customers must make the job a soul-crushing grind, and their flat toned responses probably reflect great restraint. So really, this is a message for upper management: I'll be taking my business elsewhere on principle from now on, because predatory pricing. Shame.

Excellent customer service from Antoni! I’ve been in several times the past couple months and he has assisted me in printing my professional resume. Always a pleasure doing business at this Eugene OR location. Thanks again Antoni!

Quick and easy, but my card wouldn't run unless there was at least $10 in the account for my .38 purchase...

Used to be good. I don’t know if management changed or something but the employees use to be super helpful now they all seem like they don’t want to be there and it shows in their work

Bad customer experience on a Sunday. The guy at the counter was either high or on something. He was incoherent, kept pulling up his pants, mouth open and didn't make any effort to help. He just kept saying no but didn't explain. The others workers were just sitting there starin. I laughed and left.Idk if there was a owner change but workers at the previous Larger location was much better. It was the weekend so maybe that was it.

The FedEx in downtown Eugene on Willamette St. recently moved to a smaller location next door. I've always had a good experience at this location. Weather you are just shipping a package, making photo copies, or working on the self serve computers FedEx office seems to fit all your needs. The staff is pretty accommodating and will always try to get your project done fast. I usual just make photo copies at this location, but have been pleased if I ever had a larger project that I needed help with.

Commendation to Matt for exceptional customer service. On a Sunday with half a dozen people needing assistance at various machines and at the counter, he was the only one in the store to provide service, which he did proficiently and patiently, as well as personally helping me with my self-service print job.Minus one star for the self-service machines, which could use step-by-step prompts through all the settings.

Matthew L. was a complete lifesaver working under a tight deadline to produce a two-sided, high quality, color program for a non-profit fundraising event - with less than an hour’s notice. He was calm, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend!
