Had a package shipped to a friends house, I am from out of town and based on a military facility, my residence/drivers license is from Oregon.The freind had to suddenly leave town and they would not be there when the package arrived. I arranged to have it shipped to this location and held for my pickup.I called this location.The person at that location said I would have to produce a piece of mail with my name and the original shipping address in order for me to pickup the package.I said I have the email notification, the charge on my credit card, the tracking number, many forms of Identification (federal military ID), and I still won’t be able to pickup the package?He said, No, FedEx requires your name and address be on a piece of mail in order for you to pickup your package.I became upset and said some colorful metaphors out of frustration. I was not cussing them out, I was upset over a small technicality that would hold my $12.000 package hostage.So maybe from now on I will reconsider purchasing a high dollar package from a shipper if they use FedEx.Note: I called the shipper and they said this is the first they had ever heard of this, that they are glad to know, they may use this situation to reconsider using FedEx in the future.I asked to have the package redirected to a close location near my Army Base, I am awaiting an update.If I can’t get my package I will be disputing the charge on my credit card, I will be considering further options, I will contact my base judge advocate generals office and see what they advise.

BEWAREExtremely disappointed- My husband and I went to the fedex office to have an iPad shipped to my daughter in college. She needs it for school. I wanted to make sure it would be insured since it was an expensive item. I had it boxed up when we took it in. Your employee at the fedex store said in order for it to be insured he would have to pack it. So he unpacked it and put it a fedex box weighed it set it on a counter behind him and gave us a receipt- said he would finish it when the line of people was gone. When my daughter received the box- it was NOT in there. There was no tampering of the box or damage , the fedex tape was still intact. I hate to insinuate that your employee took it out of the box before he sealed it up- but I can’t think of any other way it wouldn’t have been in the box. Since it was sealed when she received it from the carrier. My husband and I are so disappointed that this would happen with a fedex office. It never crossed either of our minds that an employee would have the ability to do something like that. Maybe there is video in the store that we can review? I’d be curious if this has happened more than once at this location. FedEx is now denying our claim- saying there was no damage to our package. Back to UPS for shipping going forward.

Greg deserves a raise or a recognition. The branch was so busy this evening almost before closing and he handled everything like a boss with a smile!I've been to this place probably 3-5x in the last 2 months and have always received excellent customer service from the people that works there.

This is a horrible branch to deal with. The staff go out of their way to play games and give you the runaround when you go to pick up a package. Probably need to fire everyone and start over.

Joel is an absolute Rockstar!! She helped me out with a big printing project even tailoring the exact specs of the print so that I got exactly what I wanted. Fantastic!

Just had a Hispanic delivery driver antagonize and provoke me to fight him at my residence because I asked him to please knock when dropping off my perishable packages. Kid deserves to be fired and never employed anywhere in the US again. He swore at me for telling him to knock when dropping off frozen food and told me to come down and fight him.

I pop in here every once in a while go print something, and I've always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Which made me think of them this weekend when I had a poster that was supposed to print at Walmart, but their machine broke down. I needed it done by the end of the day Friday, and I called in the afternoon that same day hoping they might be able to help. I talked to Joel who was helpful and just instructed me on how to submit the file via email. He said that he'd have it done by 30 mins before closing. We arrived about 15 mins before that time because we were on our way home and thought we'd check to see if it was done and it was! It looked just as we would expect it to. I was thankful for the personal service and the effort taken to make it happen same day.

I am waiting in—what looks like a line, but the lone gentleman behind the counter has fully communicated with each of us in the store, and is tasked at accomplishing each of our needs at a pace which reminds me of the Flash; I quite literally am blown away. This is one of the most OUTSTANDING customer service experiences I am, in the moment, still enjoying. Thank you!
