I typically don't post anything. However, unfortunately, I need to this time.
3 weeks ago I came in to have my car washed and the card reader they have outside, they said, didn't work when they ran my card. They took my card inside and ran it. So you can guess what happened. I was charged twice for 1 car wash in the same day.
I showed them the posted amounts to my checking account the next day and they said the owner would get back to me to do a refund of one of those charges after taking my name and number. 3 weeks later, I still have been charged $36.00 for 1 car wash.
Half the time, they are out of tire cleaner.
Save yourself the hassle and go to the Carwash on Coburg Rd. Much better!

Two locations, the BEST car wash I have ever used in Lane County! Used both for business and personal since they opened. I have used DOZENS of times without a single negative experience.

My car was DAMAGED in the car wash here. I got out to vacuum it and there were multiple dents and scratches. Another car that went in after also had new marks in the same places. When we informed them they did not stop cars going through and everyone just drove away without examining their cars. They had me fill out an incident report and then left me a message. I called back twice and they did not return my call.

Staff is nice and the wash is ad good as drive thru car washes get. Free vacuums for use after too!

I go early in the morning when it opens. The morning guy does not want too start at 7am as the sign says. He put an Orange cone in driveway. So I can't go at 7am.
Isn't that losing business??

Worst car wash ever I paid $18 the best value one of the three options and there’s stuff still on my suv, they didn’t even clean the mirrors..the vacuums are a joke as well little to no suction power at all…and they wanted me to pay the $37 for the unlimited monthly services lmfao I won’t be doing that
