ETC yarn prices are very competitive, and over the years, every item I've purchased from them has arrived amazingly fast. This is particularly important when one is pressed for time to either start or complete a project and need the yarn (or tool) to do so. For this reason, ETC is always the first site I check when ordering material.

Beware the strict Refund Policy on classes.I emailed using their contact form and received no response. I called and was told I would be out $100 if I cancelled. That seemed to apply even if a waiting list allowed them to fill my spot. My health is precarious at the moment and I thought it best to offer to cancel for the benefit of someone on the waitlist.

Very Knowledgeable staff, and instructors. Excellent place to take a class, gorgeous store. Good prices and a nice selection of just about everything you could need to weave. Everytime I come here I find a new-to-me corner of the store! A pleathora of used and new equipment for weaving.

As a weaver, this is my favorite store - I only wish I lived closer. Amazing selection, and the staff is unfailingly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I find this the most magical place to shop! They have everything a weaver or spinner could want. They have knowledgeable people to work with or will help you find the answers. It is so much fun to explore and shop.

Astounding. I have not even seen an online business stock this much weaving equipment from tiny to near-industrial let alone a brick and mortar. And who knows - I didn't go in the back, they may have an industrial section.

Great place!! Totally worth the drive from Portland just to be able to compare warp fibers, demo looms, and lay hands on tools and select between brands. A really unique experience with knowledgeable, friendly staff.

This is a great fiber arts store with looms.. Spinning wheels and other equipment. A variety of unusual of yarns books magazines used and new. Fun to wander and look for treasures.
