As a first-time home buyer and being relatively new to the area, trying to figure out where to start was quite nerve racking. My family and I had found a home that we loved, but due that our loan officer was out of state the seller was feeling uneasy about the transaction. This is where Jasmine at Eugene Mortgage Brokers stepped in. Jasmine not only answered all my undying questions no matter how late and busy she was, but she was able to get my preapproval letter back to me in record time. Fortunately, our offer was accepted and have recently closed on our home. The loan process from start to finish was meticulous but having someone as knowledgeable as the team at Eugene Mortgage Brokers made if feel like a breeze. Jasmine truly went above and beyond for me and my family, not only did we build a wonderful rapport, but I gained a friend. If anyone were to ask for a good mortgage company, I would hands down send them to Eugene Mortgage Brokers and have them ask for Jasmine.
