I've been using EM for well over a year now. I have disabilities that make it difficult for me to be in public places so I am very grateful for the courteous patience and kindness of the staff at this location (TY Tasha!). I appreciate the services EM provides (for example a timely email notifying me when a package or delivery arrives for my box), and reasonable prices (I live on a limited income). I wish I had known about this service when I first moved here in 2017. I spent a wretched 5 years dealing with the insufferable cruel local Post Office's fu's and absolute indifferent regard to its careless postal services (exmpl among many: refusing federally approved program to provide PO Boxes for those who cannot receive delivery at their place of residence), mail delivery (exmpl among many: returning federal court legal mail), and humiliating, rude and hang ups from customer service. So I want to say how impressed I am with EM owner's calm and concerned responses to the few hostile reviews at other locations, even when the anger appears to be warranted. His replies are all so professional. I always read reviews before I buy or use a business's services, and I've been appalled at some of the awful unprofessional responses by other business owners in Eugene (ex: Cascade Garden Equipment), so this owner's attitude was a really welcomed and appreciated. (And, no. I don't know him, or ever met him.) Thank you Eugene Mailbox!

Tasha has always helped me. She is both kind and professional. I always come to this place to send my mail and ship my packages. It is probably my favorite place to send all my mail and all the staff is great and super nice.

It's nice having this close by and being just down from Winco on Barger I can avail myself of both places easily. The people are courteous and efficent.

Very convenient location! I can drop off my packages for shipment and then goto WinCo next door for my shopping. People are very helpful and courteous.

I had a large handmade treasured agate lamp that needed to get safely from Eugene to Michigan. They assured me they could make a box and get it to my home in one piece. THEY DID IT!! It was packaged in a double box and I'd bet it didn't move a micro bit thru shipping! Tons of pkging material used! I highly recommend this place!! Next time I visit my kids there I know I can send ANYTHING HOME and it will arrive perfectly! Thank you soooo much!!!

I have never been treated with MORE disrespect than I have today at this business. The woman refused me service because of my disability! She admitted she was violating my civil rights and didn't care. This business doesn't deserve to keep their corporate charter in Oregon. I will be filing a civil complaint and seeking justice through the court system!

Use this place to ship all our packages. The staff and owner are very professional and helpful. We usually ship overnight and once it took two days so we were reimbursed the overnight charge. Handicapped parking available.
