It is always hard to get along with locals in car transportation business working for years. Eugene car transport has been doing a great job for our dealership since 2015. Customer service is great, drivers are big professionals.

Great job done by Eugene car transport for my family. 2011 Ford Explorer was picked up right on time and delivered to my parents' house in California, Orange County. Car was in a great condition, nothing bad happened on the road.

Was on hold for 12 minutes, got transferred to 3 different people because no on could give me an answer. Was then told to email someone before answering my question. Then never got a reply back to my email. Great service.

They helped my to transport my wife's Nissan 2018 Rogue from Eugene to Oakland. The car arrived the next day after the pick-up. These local guys did a great job, on time and with high professionalism.

My dad was moving to Somerville and I was trying to transport his Chevy Tahoe with a local company. Eugene Car transport gave me a good price and after a couple of days Jose came to pickup the car. It was delivered in a good condition and the driver got his cash. It was really pleasant to work with this guys, they gave me no hassle during the whole time.

After a week the car was picked up and delivered by Jose, the driver. It came in a good condition. I paid the balance to the driver by cash. It was really pleasant to work with these guys.

I called a couple companies to get a quote, Eugene car transfer gave me a quote on Wednesday, I couldn't remember what it was so I called them back on Friday and was shocked to find it 30% higher I asked if prices were higher on Friday and he said no you shopped around and called several companies and we know this and therefore we're raising your price. Terrible customer service and exploiting their customers. Stay away from these people these scammers.

Got the best price for my Audi Q7 transportation from Miami to Portland. It was in a good condition. Driver was nice and kept updating me about his location during the transportation.

I called for a quote. The lady who answered the phone was unfriendly and there was a long pause before she said anything else. Then I was put on hold for seven minutes and then someone picked up and hung up on me. Not a very good first impression.
