I have had such a wonderful experience at Edgewater! I have always said they have the most stylish up-to-date furnishings in town, but now I have also experienced their excellent service. They stood behind their product 100% and Corinne did everything she could to make me a happy customer! I really appreciate her personal, professional, and warm care she gave me. She treated me like family. I definitely recommend this company to everyone!

I have been replacing the interiors of my home after a wildfireI shopped thoroughly at Edgewater home furnishings. After deciding upon my selection I received furniture inside my home that was filled with cobwebs no one had bothered to wipe down the item after it sat for a long time I felt this was bad customer service. After letting the company know about this error they had nothing to say back to me and I felt that was a terrible terrible missed opportunity for them to continue receiving my Patronage.Many thousands of dollars were on the line they should have called or spoken to me about their mistake but they had no remorse my home was brand new and they brought that into my home!The sales person had no true interest in Helping me she said she had been a designer which was not trail I asked her If there was a designer affiliated with the store and she introduced Herself as that To me and offered her phone number In the end I did discover the store has a designer and the sales person is Not a designer. She is not an interior design person that is a person with a degree it is a difference. A salesperson had no feel for my home at all how could she possibly recommend Appropriate pieces. It was too evident.They have unique pieces that are overpriced and can be found on the Internet if you take a picture of the tag and go research it can fund cheaper furniture made by the same exact companies .

I went looking for a sofa and they could order the one I wanted in the fabric I selected. The sales ladies were gracious and patient in helping with the whole process. It's a great place to shop for furniture.

We purchased a king sized bed and frame back in March, but we're not moving into our new home until end of May. Noreen made it super easy to organize this delivery for when we needed it. It was delivered on time and quick! They are good people, here. They may cost a bit more than your mass corporate establishments, but if you are able to, please support local. The folks here work with local pet rescues to save dogs and cats from Oregon and beyond. The owner or manager (my memory fades me, sorry!) Uses his FREE time to transport shelter cats and dogs from California to Oregon. My heart melted when I learned about this. I WILL be back. And our bed is super comfortable! Thanks Noreen!

We love love love Edgewater. They sell fine quality furniture and have a huge sale section in the back of the store with discounted prices. I love Edgewater for the brands that they carry, the upscale products, and during supply chain challenges, I can typically find what I need and carry it out the door rather than waiting six months to order. Definitely check out their wonderful selection of Tiffany glass lamps and other contemporary accessories for the home. I bought a gorgeous writing desk, leather Norwegian recliner/lift chairs, sofa, Mission king bed, and too many accessories to mention! We even bought a Henry Miller clock there. The owner Mark is so friendly and customer oriented—the store is fun to window shop, too.

Mattresses priced very high, never offered assistance by any employees. Not sure I would shop here again.
