Our experience with Doc's was positive from the time I went in to browse and look at prices, right through the delivery of our mattress. The salesperson was friendly and accomodating without ever hovering or pushing any one mattress on us. Once we finally settled on a mattress, it was delivered exactly as scheduled, and the delivery team was personable and helpful. I wasn't familiar with most of the brands they carry, but we've had ours for over a month, and I feel happy every time I lay down on it.

Feeling grateful this place had the best quality mattresses for the best price. We went all over today and this was the best place. All there mattresses are local to Oregon. I spoke to Sherri. She has the best customer service and helped us get the mattress we really wanted and got it delivered for free and Sherris husband Mike (aka the delivery driver) carried our new mattress up two flights of stairs to our bedroom and they took our old mattress for free!!!! I am going to sleep great tonight.

Really great and friendly Experience. The prices aren't bad at all for what you are getting. If I ever need a mattress again. This is where I'll go.

Changed my rating to a 3 instead of a 5.
The bed frame that came with the mattress lacerated my foot, and I ended up with stitches.
I work in the metal industry, and the metal that was used wasn't debbured.
I know it's not docs mattress fault. But I can't feel upset.

Awesome customer service. Tried several beds. Found one that fits me to the tee.......!! Greatness in there showroom......... Great selection at many different price points of there beds made in Pacific Northwest.

I am having the best sleep in my life after purchasing a Firm, Copper Coil and CBD infused mattress. What I like is the support, craftsmanship, and beautiful turquoise color (it's so me!!), It is handcrafted in here in Oregon, Eugene I think, and all of the money stays here, so it's a win win. High Quality at reasonable prices.

Long story short: We got a new bed frame (from somewhere else, our mistake) but didn't realize until too late that it sat way too close to the floor. We were in a hurry to find a solution and decided that we could raise the bed by putting box springs under the mattress; we needed two twin box springs to accommodate our king size bed.
We called around and nobody in town had them in stock until we found Doc's Mattress Hut. Wyatt was very helpful and even offered to deliver the box springs to us that same day. They showed up when they said they would (even calling ahead to let us know).
We had an odd situation since our mattress is a Sleep Number with hoses that couldn't be moved like a normal mattress. The delivery guys checked out the situation, listened to our concerns, and offered their suggestions. We were able to hoist the mattress and slide the box springs underneath with no trouble. The delivery guys were like old family friends which made the entire process stress-free.

Shari and her team and Doc’s Mattress Hut truly helped us find and get the mattress we wanted. They allowed us time to lay on the mattress during multiple visits with no pressure. And they made sure we got the mattress we were happy with. We chose the Sound Sleep Sport and it sleeps like dream. It has even relieved our long term back pain. Great mattress and excellent customer service!

Sales people were super nice!! I walked in with a really low budget and they showed me two great options to choose from. They encouraged me to take extra time to think about my decision between firm and soft, no rushing or up selling at all! Delivery was same day, super convenient, and awesome. Everyone involved was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and the whole process was amazing. My bed is so incredibly comfy and I cannot be happier with choosing Doc’s Mattress Hut! The best mattress shopping experience :)

My wife and I recently moved to Eugene and the property management company managing the apartment we're living in recommended Doc's Mattress Hut. The prices and quality were very reasonable, but what I really want to highlight was the customer service.At every step of the way, it was beyond reproach and surpassing all expectations. We purchased on Friday and got it delivered on Monday morning and while I had expected them to just leave it at the door, they actually went through the trouble of putting together the bed frame, laying down the box springs, and the mattress as a whole at no extra charge.It was an outstanding experience through and through and I could not have asked for a better one or even think of anything that could have made it better. Absolutely remarkable across the board and I look forward to purchasing my next mattress from them as soon as I upgrade.

My girlfriend and I had a very comfortable, calm, and high quality experience at Docs Mattress Hut. We had the privilege to work with Wyatt, who was sincere and a pleasure to work with. The no pressure environment with the atmospheric music was so different from our experiences with other mattress companies. Delivery with them was quick, simple and easy. Thank you again for making our move here easier. :)
