Denise was wonderful and so helpful throughout the process of buying our first house. She was always patient — even excited! — to explain the process and terms to us and always made time for us when we needed to talk. She and her team made the process manageable and were able to work with us through some rough spots when my employer wasn’t willing to confirm some info.
