Clean store. The staff was nice, seem to be well stocked. It is easy to get in and out of even though it's on River road

The workers are SO rude. Literally looked at my receipt and made a comment about my BANK BALANCE then proceeded to wad my recipt up and try and toss it. Then acted like it was an inconvenience I wanted my receipts for my transaction. ? never again go to Irvington and river road location

Clerk had me run my card twice for my purchase, telling me it didn’t go through the 1st time. No biggie right? Simple mistake? I found out about 15 min later when I got home that the amount of my purchase was debited twice from my account, I called and was quickly told there’s nothing she could do and I have to call corporate to fix myself. After giving her many suggestions on how to fix this, I asked if I could just come pick up my change and was told sure thing. When I get back to store to get my change another clerk tells I have to go through corporate and with the weekend it will be Monday lol? So I guess this is to mr. or mrs. corporate.... I will give your employees the benefit of the doubt that they are telling me the truth that they cannot refund me when overcharged, in turn how about you give your employees the tools and training to at least complete a transaction. I won’t get into what your customers expectations are regarding how they should be interacted with, your customer ratings have already informed you of that.

I wanted some food cause I got hunger so I walked to my local Dari mart and got a slim Jim and they charged me more money than it was $.40 more and that's a scam and I will never come back

They did not know how to operate cashier as well as the other workers it was 4pm shift thurs jan 17. They dod not know how to run a food card.

We were there tonight and Tracy was SO nice, kind and courteous! We had put something on the counter that she had just stocked and said she would go in the back to ensure we had a cold product. This is above and beyond amazing service. I would give 5 out of 5 if it wasn't for a bad location to go in and out of! Thank you Tracy!!!
