First time customer. My son spoke highly of them, so decided I would give them a try. Got an oil change and their free inspection. I was very pleased. They were quick, thorough and took the time to explain what they had found in terms I could understand.I highly recommend them .

I'm sorry to say that I've lost the trust I had for these people. I've taken both of our cars in for oil changes and routine inspection. They always point out the need for fluid flushes, fuel system cleaning etc. I usually decline these services until I've checked the fluids myself. Almost always cleaner than they'd like you to believe. We recently brought in a vehicle for a pre purchase inspection. They ran up quite an estimate for a number of recommendations. Nearly $5000 total. One of the recommendations was to replace 1 headlight bulb at $179. I went down the street to an Autozone store and I bought the bulb for $17 and the salesperson installed it for free. They also quoted prices to replace the lower control arms and CV axles for over $2300. Most of their prices seemed rather high. I called another very reputable shop and got quotes several hundred dollars less. We noticed some shuddering when braking and occasional stalling. Even though we told them about that problem they Integrity had no diagnosis for it. We took the car into the other shop to have the suspension work done and diagnose the stalling problem. This other reputable and honest shop said the the CV axles and control arms were in fine condition and did not even remotely needed replacing. They did diagnose the stalling problem as the transmission beginning to breakdown. Estimate $4500(I've checked other shops and they all estimated slightly higher cost)If we had taken all of 'Integrity's' recommendations we would have spent nearly $5000 and would still have had the stalling problem. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Integrity because of their lack of integrity. If you read other reviews you'll see some other very negative reviews by people who know more about cars and some very positive reviews from people who were grateful to get their cars serviced and willing to pay very high prices.

As a professional older woman, my top expectations from a mechanic shop have always been: 1. Obtain a professional assessment of the trouble, with efficient, timely, reasonably priced solutions. 2. Offer an efficient in/ out process. 3. Provide transparent transactions - no "surprise" add-ons BUT equally important for me as a woman is this: I want to be treated respectfully as PARTNER in the transaction and NOT be "lectured" to, as often happens when women enter a car repair shop.The crew at INTEGRITY has not only fulfilled all my expectations but went beyond. It is an absolute pleasure to interact with any person in the shop. I left again today a satisfied customer, and I look forward to continue this relationship for many years to come.

These guys were absolute life savers when the Check Engine light cut short my recent weeklong road trip through Oregon. I started having engine trouble while driving down the coast and none of the repair shops in the smaller towns there even had time available to diagnose what might be wrong. I somehow made it back to the I5 and pulled into Eugene during one of the busiest weeks of the year (they were hosting the World Athletics Championships with thousands of international visitors and sold-out hotel rooms all over). Integrity was able to fit me in for a same-day diagnostics appointment, called just two hours later and explained the issue they had found, laid out multiple options for how to proceed with pros and cons for each (without pressuring me or selling me on the most expensive solution), and then carried out the work that same afternoon with a free oil change thrown in for good measure. By the next morning, my car was ready to go again and carried me safely another 700 miles back home. They were beyond nice and caring during my interactions with them and my mechanic back home confirmed during a recent tune-up that they did "a really nice job" with the repairs they carried out. Great experience all around!

Yeah I went to tivity Auto they had my truck for a couple days repairing something in my heater I had a bad hose and then just before closing they said that my vehicle is available I went in to pay little over $500 and while I was in there I was already paying the bill and then somebody came in from behind the counter rudely asked me can I help you like I was doing something wrong I didn't answer him and then he asked again rudely can I help obviously I was already paying for my vehicle to be returned to me and the guy just wouldn't let up he was so rude I feel very out of place I was giving this company my money and I felt attacked I'm not going back

I needed a new clutch put in my car. The price was high but they sent a tow truck, gave me an estimate, and had it finished the very next day. I was impressed. The customer service was outstanding and they did a great job

Used a special they had for an oil change. They said my rear brakes were 0/ 32 and my front brakes were under 4/32 of life remaining. Bought the parts and had my mechanics start changing them. Except both front and rear brakes had over 3/4 of the pads left. Still paid my mechanic but I wonder how much they would have charged?Get a second opinion with these folks...

I was wanting to make this place my go-to because it's right around the corner. I've used them a few times, and I just wanted my decision to be based on actual auto repair bc it should be but damn it if the wife at the counter didn't bring up (in less than *5 minutes*) "they shouldn't be opening up any borders and letting those people in" and complaining about women that have a lot of babies so they can stay on welfare. Jesus Christ y'all. Be professional and leave your politics out of your interaction with customers. You are being a total stereotype making every interaction with a stranger a sounding board for your passionate, hateful division. It makes other uncomfortable but I'm gonna gander that lady doesn't care about that. Not just inappropriate but absolutely UNNECESSARY for running an auto shop.

I was surprised when the bill for repairs showed no breakdown for labor and parts. I cannot remember a bill from any auto repairs Ive had done with out such itemization. I expect to pay for parts at a reasonable cost and a shop labor charge based on time. The repair seems to be satisfactory so far.
