It was smaller than I imagined, much like the Alamo in San Antonio Texas. I mean how could so many great things come out of such a small space. Keep up the great work.”

“The staff at this location are absolutely amazing! This young man named Elias and a young lady went above and beyond to help me get the exact item I was looking for over the phone. Also, shoutout to the owner Jeff and the online team! The item that I wanted they had in stock, but wasn't on their online site yet. Instead of turning me away, they made an effort to put it online just so I (and others in the future) could purchase the item! Bravo Zulu to the entire Oregon Sports team! “I ordered two pairs of jeans online but they were the wrong size. So I decided to go into the store to see if they had them in stock there. Unfortunately they didn't, but the employee who helped me, named Em, was so incredibly helpful! The caliber of customer service she gave made me feel like was in a very high-end store with a personal shopper! She asked if I wanted her to do the exchange online for me, or find something in the store. I was tempted to try to find something in store for instant gratification, and she asked me all the questions needed to find what I was looking for. She hit it spot on, but I decided to still stick with the originals and she seamlessly reordered them for me and even asked about the length because I had previously been thinking I might like the short length instead.

“Great customer service at this shop that is mainly aimed at young folks! I wandered in here with a friend looking for some holiday attire. I thought it was a new chain store until she told me it has been around at least since the 80s. I guess there's a reason they've lasted this long! The fast fashion is a bit like that of Forever 21 but the price points are a smidge higher. I had not tried anything on in this store before and so this time brought several items to the fitting room. I decided on a couple of items, one of which I was looking for another color. One of the floor associates asked me if I needed any help and when I showed her what I was looking for, she went and grabbed exactly what I wanted and brought it over to me. I was not expecting such a helpful associate who was well versed in their product! Great work!”
“Always nice and helpful employees and managers. The sales could be more easy to identify. I always end up with things that are miss marked. Confusing sale signs make you assume that you are purchasing sale items when you are not. But that is not the employee's fault. They are lovely!!!”

“Such a gorgeous shoppe! From the variety of ladies’ clothing, jewelry, socks, buttons and sewing necessities ~ all unique and carefully curated. You won’t find much of the items they sell everywhere else! Also, many different fabrics available, especially linen and silk, natural fabrics, which is much appreciated! I need to visit more often, and explore their sock collection: they’re fun and fabulous! If you’re artistic or art inclined, this house of prete porte is for you!”
