I walked in off the street, no appointment or anything, I received excellent service getting my small mantle clock to chime. He made sense of the directions and understood the clock's particular settings!

Came here for a watch and a wall clock repair. Watch was done in less than 5 minutes and the two men working at the time were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They also have a good selection of watches to purchase! Such a fun store to look around in too

I purchased a beautiful French clock for my partner circa 1870. I was nervous, honestly. The customer service was exceptional. I was taught how to care and feed the clock. They took the time to teach me where it came from and how to care for it. Took several calls when I was mounting the clock on my wall. And they helped me adjust the movement based on the new environment the clock found itself in. I cannot give a better review. Excellent customer service. Wonderful folks. If you need clock service, or watch service, this is your shop.

Just AVOID this place..I brought in a watch to be resized to my wrist...they act like you're asking them to preform triple bypass surgery.....I guess replacing batteries in a Swatch is what they're used to...Good Grief it's NOT Rocket Science..ok

This is a nice place just to go check out and look at all the cool time pieces and maybe you'll find something you want to buy! Got my batteries changed their cost just a tiny bit more and a cheap place but worth it because they really know what they're doing. almost bought a lovely watch but I already have a nice one
