We were so pleased working with Nikole and the Duncan Family team during our first home-buying experience. Our relator recommended these lenders, and we are so glad we took her recommendation! From the very start, they took the time to explain all of the quirks and nuances of the market to us. The girls were so easy to talk to, if u didn't understand something all u had to do was ask, others around you may have made u feel not so well educated about these things, but the Duncan team never wavered. They even got back w/u when they are out and about w/ family do family things. Awesome caring group.

I found Christine Duncan through positive reviews online and I was blown away by her service. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent in her ability to advise and fund my loan. There were multiple barriers to funding my loan as the housing market had high interest rates, low housing selection and very high sale prices. Additionally, changes in my personal life made the funding process less straight forward. Regardless, Christine was able to wrap up the loan process even earlier than we anticipated, allowing me more time to get work done on the new house before moving. I can't say enough good things about Christine, and her team, who made this process as smooth and stress free as possible. Christine cares about her clients. I always knew that she had my back throughout the process and she was always in contact day and night. Not only did I get a great rate, but I paid very low fees and we closed almost a week early! The Duncan Team is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them! Gordon and Nikole were the best and kept us informed and up to date during our entire home loan process! We were using a VA loan as my husband and I are both Veterans and they were able to get us an excellent deal and really went the extra mile. Their communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were taken care of! I cannot say enough good things about them!
