Eric and Kathie are amazing. We went to them on a referral for a VA loan and they made the process so much less daunting than it could have been. Every time I emailed off a question I got a reply immediately and along with the answer was always a positive thought or words of reassurance. That made all the difference. And yes, they got us a great rate on a loan that went thru with no hitches. GOOD PEOPLE who take good care of Veterans.

Eric and Kathie were absolutely wonderful in getting me my loan for my first home! They were so helpful in answering all my questions and explaining things to me. Chinook Mortgage was absolutely wonderful in getting my wife and I our first mortgage. Eric and Kathie were consistently prompt, professional, and honest throughout the entire process of buying a house. Being first time home buyers we had a very limited knowledge and understanding of the mortgage process. Eric took the time to explain everything in very simple yet effective and professional terms. I have been using Eric at Chinook mortgage for 24+ years! I also have sent some of my family and friends his way also! Eric is a straight shooter, and he will tell you how it is and not try sugar coat whatever situation the loan is in! He also keeps you up to date on how your loan is doing, unlike some loan officers!

Eric is straight up front as to how do able the outcome looks. From there they are available for any questions or needs as they arrive. As A Realtor I not only have sent them clients for the last 10 years I am a client of theirs myself!
