I was forced every pay day to transfer all of my paychecks money to Alexsia Archambeau‘s Bank Account, and can’t seem to find a way to receive it all back cause it was illegal.

There are services that need but you have to make an appointment! So getting something done takes days. There are times when you want something simple like CD rates and Tellers are clueless, You have to wait for someone that sits at a desk and they are busy or out to lunch. Bottom line is never expect to get answer at the branch level.

I don't know if it's all Chase branches or just this one but I have been calling the local branch number for two days now to follow up on a matter that required the manager to handle. Nobody ever answers. Not all business is able to be done through customer service or automated assistance. Pick up the phone!

Made an appointment 2 weeks before hand had 5 people take time off work to meet for this then had to sit and wait over an hour for someone to help us if it wasn't a business account I would have closed it..

I'd give this bank zero stars if I could. Customer for over 5 years then they close my account because two of my payroll checks bounced, not from anything I did but from my payroll company getting their account frozen. That's after I deposited another payroll check that didn't bounce and a direct deposit that was honored as well. Still they closed my account without as much as a phone call. Still haven't received the direct deposit funds over 4 weeks since they closed the account. I call them today and they haven't even reviewed the deposit! What a scam of a bank! Unprofessional and disrespectful of a longtime client. Do not bank here or at any of their branches. Umpqua bank is leagues ahead of these guys.

The employees at this Chase location are always so friendly and helpful! I came in very close to closing time to get withdraw some money and to get some change and the employees that helped me were professional, kind, and patient while assisting me with my needs and answering my many questions. I'm bummed I don't live close to this location, but if you do, I highly recommend this location due to their amazing staff. You'll be taken care of!

Yes, I am totally a big fan of Chase Bank. I have been a 'Chase' user BEFORE Chase Bank when it was Washington Mutual.. Chase has always been there for me over the years, they have great customer service and really knows their business; there has not been on incident that they did not know the answers to the questions.. they are friendly, just a well rounded bank.
