I've had great experiences with the bankers at this chase location. They've always given me good advice and have been willing to spend the time talking through all of the options with me. I've been impressed with how much patience and kindness that I've received from the bankers at this Chase.

Not the teller fault,The CHASE BANK SYSTEM is a problem!I am changing bank's, fraud is an issue that this company has allowed to continue on my account. Over $1,000 taken by electronic withdrawal. Not refunded in full to this day. I am continuing to fight this even to this day to be reimbursed. They are Crooked and won't take responsibility for their incompetence. Don't bank with Chase!

Madi was incredibly helpful for my wife Samantha. She helped an issue out with a wrong amounted money order and was extremely friendly with her. She deserves a raise for her excellence in customer service.

JP Morgan yes but that doesn't mean the people that work there are humans and don't have the wrong beliefs and manners. As well as very professional knowledgeable and is helpful as they can be. I have been banking there for 12 years I believe. Today was the first time I checked my balance and left my credit card in the ATM. I went inside and can help me make sure nothing was spent and are getting me a new one in the mail ASAP. As well if I needed money I could just go down with my ID and they would do so until the card is available. Before covid they were the first one to send me a Christmas card for like 7 years straight signed by everybody in the bank personally it's cuz I had a service animal mostly and they love Skittles that was his name. So it always said Merry Christmas to Skittles and Rob which was just such a nice kind thing. They have some of the most wonderful tellers. Thank you I hope this helps it's a total truth. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Mara was great helped as much as she could and we really appreciated her!Assistant manager Corbin was EXTREMELY RUDE did not want to help me the customer at all. And had TERRIBLE customer service, clearly he did not care or want to help. Beware dealing with this manager as he is not helpful or friendly-Very very disappointed in my service and experience I will never be coming back.

Chase bank needs to jump into the 21 century. My husband and I are account holders. My husband was able to enroll online to access our account. I, on the other hand, can not because I'm not the primary account holder. Why does that matter? Don't you think this is rather archaic? I have access to our other band account. Hmmmm. I needed to find an amount I paid for an airline ticket and had to go through my husband to check it out online. Really? Blows my mind

Such slow service!!! Takes forever and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If I could give less than this I would. My experience at this bank was TERRIBLE. Mara was amazing she helped as much as she could and didn't everything she could she should be than manager of this place. I was verbally harassed by the security guard, talked down to and made fun of by him for my situation. Corbin the assistant manager was also extremely rude, and had TERRIBLE customer service he clearly did not want to help me the customer or care to even be for espy at the least. He came out didn't greet us didn't apologize and sternly said there's nothing he would do to help us. This branch is extremely inappropriate and I would never consider banking with chase again.

This bank is a joke! They placed a nine day hold on their own check and when my wife called them to find out why, the customer service manager placed her on a twenty minute hold just to tell her she's not doing anything about it and hung up in her face. It's been nothing but problems with chase, the app is very slow, staff is not the most knowledgeable, it's a hold on anything you deposit and they hold it forever. You know there's a problem when another bank can cash a chase check faster then chase can. I'd give it zero stars if i could.

I've always had good service with Chase until today. After finally speaking to a real person locally, Grace, I was told that she couldn't help me over the phone because she couldn't authenticate me. Even after giving my name, address and offering my card number and anything else she needed. Cost me a trip to the bank for something that could have been easily handled over the phone. Thank you Grace for your robotic non-help.

I’ve always been happy with the service at Chase in each city I’ve been in.I just wanted to post a short little review regarding my visit to this branch on 1/7/2022. I had an appt. so I could have a document notarized. The person my appt. was scheduled with was out of the office. The Branch Manager, Robert, came over and greeted me and explained that he would assist me. Totally awesome guy! Friendly, engaging, and made everything so easy! Thanks, Robert!I am so glad to have Chase as my bank!

I’m choosing NOT to use Morgan Chase Bank because of their dirty investments. They are the #1 funder of tar sands oil, and that means they are doing terrible harm to our environment, threatening the very climate we depend on. The horrific fires made worse by ever worsening drought came within 14 miles of our town. Even after the Paris Accord, Chase continues to profit from climate chaos. They can choose to invest responsibly but won’t until enough of us tell them that what they are pouring money into is immoral. We can choose a better way to invest and build for the future.
