“Outstanding service! Mallory and Sophia secured my reservation and my car was clean and ready. This location is very busy. While they were short of vehicles, due to on-line and corporate overbooking them, I was especially impressed how Mallory and Sophia remained poise, and offered nothing less than professionalism. They pulled "the rabbit out of the hat". They didn't let customers down. They made sure everyone left with a vehicle. They juggled everything from greeting customers, providing customers with a ride, to rolling up their sleeves and cleaning the vehicles. That's in addition to their main job! I truly hope the executives at Enterprise value Mallory and Sophia. Enterprise and other businesses could truly benefit from hiring professional like Mallory and Sophia, at the Garfield location in Eugene. This was an especially busy time of year - the University of Oregon's graduation. Whatever these two women do in life, I have no doubt they will be successful. To the executives at Enterprise... acknowledge employees like these or one day you will be sorry.”

“Great experience with a great car. Booked through Costco, and everything was done as expected. Returning is simple. If after hours, just use the drop box. Good selection of cars, especially since Enterprise is teamed up with other rental agencies when they're out of a certain vehicle size. The Mazda CX-5 is such a nice car for Oregon. Luxurious but still sporty.”

“The folks at the Airports are fantastic. If you have an issue don't mess with the 800 number. They have no authority to manage customers or handle true customer service. Spent 30 minutes on the phone to explain the issue and extend the rental by a few hours....they wanted to charge me $300. Refused to let them complete it and went to the return center. The staff charged me one more rental day, as they should have (~$100)”

“Clean cars, easy process to pick up and drop off the car rental. So thankful to have this service. I was able to rent a car seat as well, lowest cost for that than on another car rental website I checked and other car seat rental. The car we rented was a good fit for traveling with all our suitcases and a full car of people.”

“My flight arrived early and it took almost no time to get my bags, so I ended up at the rental counter about an hour early and was still able to get my car. I hadn't rented a car before and had several questions and the lady who helped me was very patient and friendly. The location in the airport was great and I was shocked at how close the car was to the airport exit. It was a super fast and easy experience.”
