Employees in here refuse to acknowledge or serve people of color. Racism at its finest. Avoid this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you're in the area you'll have a better experience going to the Dari Mart. This buy2 intentionally charges over what the price tag has posted. Employees are inefficient, inexperienced and lack common courtesy.

Be careful of the driver of this vehicle. She almost caused 2 accidents on the pass on 9/30, and refused to let vehicles pass her. She purposely blocked us while attempting to pass and almost ran us off the road. The second time we tried to pass, again because she was well under the speed limit, she sped up and started yelling at us. We followed her for over an hour, with her erratic driving and only due to no cell service where the cops not called for reckless driving. Upon hitting a city, where the speed limit was in fact 45, she sped up to 58 (thanks to the digital road speed sign) and almost caused another accident by cutting a car off and nearly side swiping them. All while in a company vehicle.

Dont have your employee get dressed in the parking while the store should be open. I waited 20 min before she got in the store and than she didnt open. Left and went somewhere else. Said opened at 6 and I left @6:30 because she still hasnt opened. Customers were waiting and she acted like she didnt care.

I was at the buy2 on Broadway. The clerk who is a convicted violent felon and refused me service after calling my girlfriend a shemale. I threw my drink on the floor and left. He called the police and said I pulled a gun on him. Buy2 tried to keep me from getting the video footage, but my lawyer got it. Tell me where you see the gun. You can see it @dwyerforeugene.

I had the WORST customer service today at the store on Cubit st (barger and echo hollow). Tried to fill up a small bbq grill propane tank and was refused service. I was told it would be a wait as there were only two people working which was not a problem-waited for the two vehicles that were there to finish (no other approaching vehicles) and the gentleman at the pumps went inside, got himself a soda, visited with the cashier before coming to the propane area and saying he couldn’t fill my propane because he couldn’t leave the pumps (all while sucking down his fresh soda- there were still no vehicles or approaching vehicles).

Prices across the board increased as soon as you took over the store in my neighborhood. Hard for me to even go there. And it's right across the street.

I've been complaining recently that there's very little good customer service here in Eugene, however I just received amazing customer service from Jennifer at the Buy2 on River Road. There was a problem with the Oregon Trail Debit Card Machine being down for the night, and she offered to pay for my purchase out of her own pocket. What an amazing human being! Give that girl a raise!!

I go into this store maybe once a week or so. It's a convenient store on Franklin Blvd, next to Dari Mart. Interesting that they're basically the same store in the same parking lot. Talk about competition. Lol. Back in the day, it was a Texaco gas station, plus the store. I'm not really sure why it closed down, as there aren't really any gas stations in that area. The only ones nearby are Shell stations, and both are much closer to the freeway, versus being right in the middle of town. Once the gas station closed, the pumps and everything with it were removed, and it stayed empty for quite a number of years. So I was pleasantly surprised when Buy2 took it over and it opened once again. Like I said, I go in roughly once a week to grab a quick snack, soda, or cigarettes when I'm in the area. It's usually when I'm out running errands, or on the random day I take my husband to work. It's a new, bright store, seems spacious enough. It's the typical convenient store, really. There's nothing special about it that I've found. Their prices are better than Dari Mart next door on many things. So in terms of my wallet, I like it a lot better. The selection of items is fine. It's typical of what you'd find in any store like it. Employees have always been nice and helpful. If you're buying cigarettes, they aren't the ID nazis that Dari Mart is. Sometimes I think they go a little overboard in that regard. I get it can be a big deal selling cigarettes or alcohol to minors, but there's a difference between reasonable and ridiculous. At least they use more common sense here. So it's faster for me as a customer. Would I return here? Yes, I like this store. It's always clean, welcoming, and has good employees. They've never gone above and beyond, but I've never had a bad experience either. It's really convenient. Lol. Review 21 of 2017.
