Did a fun experiment where I went in without my hair dyed dressed in casual clothes without my hair dyed for a few months (look very young except when I don’t dye my hair) and sent a college student friend of mine to go in with the same clothes. I bet you can guess what the outcome was….maybe. I was offered 1/4 of what she was offered for the same clothes. This place is a scam. Don’t sell to them or buy from them. If you have designer clothes, best to sell them online. What a farce.

The Manager is amazing and so Is the staff. Be sure to check them out and get parking validated for up to 2 hours of a good shopping experience.

Wish I could give 0 stars staff is rude and not welcoming, everytime I want to give them a chance they let me down. Prices are ridiculous and there isn’t even cute clothes here anymore.

Cool place to sell your old clothes and shoes. They offer a pretty fair credit, but also offer cash but for a lower amount. Stopped in twice now and they have been very nice both times and fair. I’ll be returning for sure. ?

I wish I could give zero stars. A complete waste of time. Waited over 15 minutes and while waiting seeing other customers come in with clothes and they take absolutely nothing. They are way too picky with what they choose to take and the percentage for what you get back is ridiculous. I wish I had never stepped foot into that store, it gives off snooty, up tight and were better than your used clothes vibe. The store should also make their signs visible to new customers on which side is where you pay and where you sell clothes. I waited in a long line and was told to go to the other side and mentioned something about signage to help customers and I was met with "We do have signs but, they may be covered". Then what is the point of having signs if you can't see them? Absolutely the worst experience and people should not take their beautiful clothes to this store. A very disappointed customer.

I cannot support this business after yesterday. The last few visits I have been met with rude and dismissive employees. There were several people working and I couldn’t get decent attention from a single one of them. They were rude and made the experience uncomfortable for me and my friends especially the two or three employees at the the fitting rooms …

I used to love this place. I collect vintage and try to reuse. The workers don't put out the best vibe. They won't take hardly anything unless it's "in" is what I was told, uh don't people shop at these places to get away from what's "trendy" I mean I know I do. Anyways, the prices of this place are insane. I didn't find anything under $20. Take your amazing vintage clothing to a local shop who will actually appreciate the business. I also got a $40 parking ticket in the parking lot after giving my plate # to the girl. I will never go back.

Employees aren’t friendly, don’t greet you when you walk in the door. They are too busy having conversations amongst themselves. Clothes are outdated, overpriced, and dirty. Not impressed, won’t be back.

Fun and interesting place to find new and used high quality clothing for a decent price. Great size variety.Lots of fun accessories from glittery, fuzzy handbags to feathered earrings.The staff are friendly and informative.I found good deals on stylish mens attire here that other retailers overcharge or don’t supply.Definitely a worth-it retail store to check out while you’re in Eugene :)

This place is a joke. Brought them a new pair of Jordan 1’s work $180 and they offered me $13. You know they would have turned around and sold for what they were worth. Terrible eastablishment.

This store is so dirty! Dirtiest store I’ve ever visited! The floors are nasty, giant dusty bunnies full of god knows what, hair everywhere! It was difficult to try on clothes as I didn’t want to touch nasty floor or get clothes filthy if they grazed the floor.The selection of clothing is sooooo ugly and overpriced. Been buying and selling at Buffalo’s for over 30 years and this is the worst store. Filthy, rude staff and ridiculously ugly old nasty overpriced clothing. Buffalo isn’t what it used to be. Original business model has gone down the drain. Bummer.

I will never support this business. I have brought huge bags of clothes in three times with items that are worth over two hundred dollars and good condition and good style. They have turned down every article of clothing.These girls are brash and stuck up and do a huge part to create an atmosphere that is ruining some of the great energy that eugene has to offer. Please do not support this business- go to literally any other consignment store.

Pretty good selection of clothes and was kept up with current trends. However, it was a little expensive and lacking in men’s clothing. But overall it was a cute place I got 3 items for a little less than $40 :)
