Excellent customer service! Brad helped me troubleshoot and get my stereo working even though I didn’t purchase my stereo from them!! So cool. Couldn’t be driving around without tunes. Highly recommend this shop. Honestly if you need anything for your car this is your spot. 100% and I am very picky. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As someone who really doesn't know much about cars -I can't be more appreciative of Brad and his whole crew. I needed to get a new car radio and have it installed since mine was stolen, and he made the entire process so easy and pleasant! The whole ordeal was a great price for how much they did, it took like an hour and a half, and everyone there was super communicative and nice and helpful. I appreciate Brad and his guys a lot, am going to recommend to anyone looking for something they can help with. So so nice and respectful and genuinely helpful. Sounds great now!

I'm actually residing in Oregon. I spoke to Shane over the phone about my phone and my car not pairing like they used to. He offered some advice and if it didn't work to come in, and he'd look at it. IT WORKED LIKE MAGIC, THANK YOU SHANE!

Spoke with Travis over the phone regarding a Viper alarm going haywire. He assured me that his technician, Mike, was just the man for the job. I brought my car in and within minutes Mike had the alarm reset, the shock sensor dialed down, and the fuse cover reinstalled. I insisted they bill me for an hour's worth of their time but they refused. These guys are the real deal. I will look no further for my future car audio needs.

Great audio shop. Helpful, knowledgeable, and they do good work. Talked with me a couple times helping me figure out what I wanted, very informative and didn't try to push things that I didn't really need. Ended up getting exactly what I wanted and a nicely done wiring job. 2018 Audi Q7, not new but new enough that I wouldn't want to have to tear in and do the wiring. They knocked it out of the park, I can't even tell where they've been.Can honestly say I couldn't be happier with everything! I'm impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

I got a new car that came without remote start. Within one day the great staff at Brad’s Car Tunes were able to install a remote start system that used my factory key fob and included a safety shutoff system. They explained everything they were going to do and even gave me a ride back to my office when I dropped off my car. Brad’s Car Tunes isn’t just speakers and stereos, they are “stop scraping frosty windows” too!
