Great local wine shop with a helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of wines you don't usually see on grocery store shelves at very good prices. Always a good value. Pickup, delivery for online orders or shop in store.

Nice store but the guy at the counter was very short with answers and not super friendly. Asked for a certain wine and he cut me off quickly and sternly said “don’t have it never heard of it” with no further conversation or dialogue to be had..

Great selection with great prices. They are always helpful when I ask for recommendations! I get the newsletter that has new releases and often buy online and then go pick up. They will send my bottles to the Springfield store because it's more convenient for me. If you sign up as a member you get points to use for $ off or I've also gotten free wine glasses with points. Great store, so glad we have a Springfield location now

Good selection of wine and an affordable price. Great staff! We usually order online and then pick up at a later time. It's a bit of a trek for me to go there bit worth it!

If you want crappy wine at an inflated price, and unpleasant customer service, shop here. I wanted to support them when they started in my neighborhood, so shopped often. Whenever the owner was there, it was an unpleasant experience -- heard of snobby, pretentious, it's not OK to ask non-connoisseur wine questions?? He's/they are the epitome of that. I quit going because I got so many bottles there that were not good, and not necessarily cheap. When I dared one time to take one back, or even give feedback on my next time, it was VERY unwelcome. I've gotten so many really good wines at Capella, Sundance, sometimes Mkt/Choice, for better prices, that shopping in the hood was definitely not worth it. The customer service at Capella and Sundance far outshines this dump.
