Super lame that both the Eugene and Springfield stores are closed. Because no one can help me with my ACP application (deadline is February 7th), I have no choice but to switch to a new carrier. I was a loyal customer for over six years too.

It is absolutely unbelievable how there are people that work here, standing at the counter, maintaining employment, who literally have *no* idea what is going on - and I am not exaggerating. There was one girl when I came back the following day - and she seemed to have a pretty good grip on things.... So I gave it another star, but aside from that person, I was blown away. And not in a good way.

Went in to get help with my phone and employee looked annoyed that she had to put her phone down. No other customers were in the store but me. I explained my issue with the phone, she said I can't help you if you don't have a pin, I did have a pin but for some reason it wouldn't take it, so instead of troubleshooting, she just handed the phone back to me. She said I needed to call customer service, I told her I can't make outgoing calls, I ended up leaving and went back to t mobile. T-mobile had my phone working in less than 5 minutes. That is good customer service. Thank you t mobile. ?

I ended up taking my phone in after talking to customer service on and off since the middle of last year (2022) while consistently dealing with the same issues. The gentleman behind the counter fixed said issues in about half an hour, taught me a lot about mobile networking, was super nice, and did it all as a courtesy because I had been dealing with it for so long. Originally it would have been $10 because I wanted just the SIM card, then I opted to do the $35 service to help make sure things went smoothly. It actually ended up that I didn't need either, I kept my current SIM and I had my issues fixed in-store, which was certainly wonderful. Thanks again!

The manager at the W11th store is the laziest, rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I gave him $30 more then my bill to add to my account and he didn't. It never showed up and when I came back in to ask about it he conveniently didn't remember. Then when I tried adding my daughter to my plan he "couldn't add her phone" not because he couldn't but because he was to lazy to do it.

The past few times I’ve tried to come in (this time around 4pm) it says they are open online, lights are on, open sign on but the door is locked. Not answering the phone, very unprofessional.

Both Apps for managing your account are broken, customer support line is just a message apologizing for that with no other options to pay your bill or speak to someone about it. Calling the store doesn't seem to work either. No voice-mail or phone tree, just a busy signal. Do not buy boost mobile from this store or any other.
