I spent some time at the dealership for routine maintenance on my car. I chatted quite a bit with Ashley and found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. With these new cars there are a lot of technical details that I just don’t know. Ashley was able to answer all of my dumb questions and I felt like I learned a lot from her!

Honest sales and fair pricing. Nate was great to deal with and the rest of the sales staff was very accommodating. We looked as several vehicles online and just happened to be in the hotel behind their lot. The exact vehicle we wanted was sitting there and the price was right in line with what they're worth. Very pleased with our new to us used 2023 Tahoe.

After purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and initially being impressed by this dealership, I am quite surprised by the complete lack of response by a manager and my salesperson when I contacted them with three concerns with the car. First, the car was listed as having keyless ignition, when it does not. Second, the car was advertised as having one previous owner, but the Carfax indicated that this is not true. Third, the lift support on the hatchback doesn’t work, which has already resulted in the door painfully dropping on the heads of multiple people as they loaded items into the back. At minimum, I expected a car that is safe and accurately represented. That has not been the case. Very disappointed in zero response from the dealership.

Had the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto dealership. Nathanial was the best sales person me and my husband have ever experienced. He was spot on with information very personalized and stuck with us from the test drive to the delivery of our new vehicle. Kudos to the complete staff at Eugene BMW thank you for the best service.

Professional, responsive service department allowed me to cut my losses and explained each service item. Sold my 2009 BMW 128i to them for $2k cost of repairs and some cash to boot. Sad, but necessary. The 430 Grand Coupe hybrid courtesy loaner car was great. The rest of the staff were able to get the sale done, rather painlessly. They didn't try to high pressure sell me on another BMW as I told them, I wanted to buy property first and have a truck to drive.
I would suggest they assist to pair the client cell phone with the loaner car before the client drives off, as that was a bit frustrating.
Overall, a great experience, despite my disappointment at discovering additional expensive repairs.

We found a competitive and fair price for an X5 today! First BMW vehicle and didn't know what to expect. Called and talked to Lee and couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Lee was very easy-going and showed features and knowledge of multiple BMW vehicles. In addition, the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire buying process. If you're in the market for a well built and quality ride I would absolutely recommend BMW of Eugene.

The process of buying a BMW at BMW of Eugene was easily the best car buying experience I have had. I am from out of state. I ordered a new 4 series Gran Coupe with all the specs I wanted. Jacob Harris was phenomenal from start to finish. He was positive, responsive, quick to answer any questions, and came through on all he said they would do. I did not feel pressured at all. The car was delivered in pristine condition. He made sure to give me the best deal he possibly could and I love that BMW honors veterans with a significant discount. I absolutely recommend BMW of Eugene!
