Extremely poor customer service. We tried to call for days no answer. We had to take the phone back twice. The only way to reach them was by calling the other store location. This is my first review of any location but I hope to save someone a lot of trouble in the future.

Super expensive, won’t honor warranty, sell you batteries with old manufactured date stickers. Make sure you check manufactured date sticker when you buy.Been a customer for many many years, will be looking elsewhere for my battery needs.

Purchased the life time batteries for my key fobs. The batteries died after about 6 weeks while I was getting out of my vehicle leaving all my belongings locked in including my dog. Had the batteries replaced only to have the same thing happen again with no warning that the battery was low, leaving me stranded again. Their guarantee is to give me yet another set of batteries! NO THANKS

Manager a jerk. Bought thousands of dollars of x2 batteries (very expensive usually cost twice other batteries) for my Honda Accord, Honda Odyssey, Dodge ram d250, dodge ram 3500, various motorcycles, referred friends, etc.My battery in my Honda Odyssey was getting weak, even being battery tended and left disconnected from the van for days and rechecked. Would gradually loose charge and be hard to crank. Noticeable with colder weather. Brought it in today drove 20 miles to do so after calling to get it load tested. Their load tester was broken... so they couldn't test it. Told me it is their policy to keep it 48hrs...I am leaving for Missouri tomorrow and they don't have the tools to test a battery. Manager says it is impossible for it to be tested borderline a few months ago and that it is still working. Apparently he doesn't understand batteries. They aren't like a light switch that either works or doesn't, they can gradually go bad.Kept getting the response that is our policy garbage. That isn't customer service.

These guys are great. They replaced the headlamp on my Subaru (a vehicle with the sign "No user Serviceable Parts" imprinted on the hood). They have my business anytime.

My in-warranty car battery was dead this morning. After I got a jump start, I drove to Batteries Plus and they quickly and cheerfully replaced it.

In the past 4 months, I have gotten locked out of my car twice and it was Batteries Plus that saved the day in both instances. The first was when the battery of my car fob died while I was shopping at Trader Joes. Luckily I was close enough to walk over. So I hauled my two bags of groceries over and they replaced the battery for me, no problem. You would think that would be enough of a lesson for me to take action in getting better physical key copies for my car doors. NOPE! Just a few months later, I am, again, getting groceries, and the ENTIRE fob dies this time. After hours in the parking lot waiting for the locksmith to break into my car, I immediately drove over to Batteries and got a replacement Fob. It took them no time at all. Maybe I'll do something about those keys this time?

I absolutely, unequivocally adore this place. Every time I go there, I receive exceptional customer service! They have changed the battery for my car, they have repaired a well-loved old Gameboy Advanced cartidge for me (Pokemon Crystal), and my last two visits have been nothing short of exceptional. Always for extremely reasonable prices. Recently, I brought my phone in to get the destroyed screen replaced, and the gentleman who did the turn-in process for me spent lots of time answering my questions and helping me try out the various flashlights that they had in stock. I ended up purchasing a Nebo flashlight for my maintenance job :) Great service. But my last experience took the cake! The phone screen replacement ended up not working - my phone kept showing a screen asking if I wanted to download the default operating system, while the buttons hardly worked - and they ended up not charging me at all!! I was SOOO happy, because things have been kind of tight lately. I really, really, really appreciated it! I will ALWAYS come here for my electronics needs, whether that be batteries, repairs, or general questions about accessories and the like. In fact, I will going there again soon for help in finding the right charger cable for my waterproof speaker :) Thank you folks so much!

My keyfob quit working even though its battery was good. Tommi was great to check the fob for signal. She then reprogrammed the fob and it works great. Saved me money that I would've had to spend on a new keyfob. Great service, awesome value!

I bought a car battery at BPB a couple of years ago. The car I installed it in had not been driven for two months so the battery had completely lost its charge. I took the battery to BPB and they fully recharged it at no cost. Now that is what I call standing behind what you sell !!!
