Protect your investment and get the warranty if it’s offered (especially if you are buying a higher mileage vehicle.) Check engine light and a loud noise creeped up within first 30 days of ownership. I didn’t have time to call Autorama immediately since I bought “As-Is” and took it to my own mechanic. Warranty covered 90% and I’m grateful or I would have been out 2k. Miguel did the right thing and offered a loaner car on the last day mine was in the shop so I could get to work but unfortunately that had a check engine light turn on as well. Cheaper than a traditional dealership with more protection than a private seller. Make the right decision for what surprises you can afford to handle.

I would love to give them 5 stars. Miguel was excellent to work with and held the car when the bank was taking their time approving the loan. The car ran as good as a 2006 could when first purchased and immediately after had the check engine light come on. Miguel offered to fix the problem which was beyond what we could’ve asked for. He said to return if the problem persists. And when it did, we were ghosted. Now I know you “get what you get” with a used car. But we’ve put thousands of dollars into the car already and are looking into the lemon law at this point. As far as customer service goes it was great. But definitely have your own personal mechanic look over the car and not theirs.

Miguel was more than helpful and I feel I got the best price I could've for what I bought. He worked with the credit union of my choosing and dealt with my residing in Deschutes County very smoothly.

Want to say a big Mahalo (thank you) to Miguel and Joe. Although we weren't able to seal a deal on the truck I was looking at, there professionalism and service is of top notch and second to none. I was trying to purchase the truck from Hawaii sight unseen, and Miguel helped me every step of the way and sent me every detailed picture and all the information I requested. I can't say enough about how helpful he was. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if the opportunity arises to purchase a vehicle. Autorama is a real class-act business. It’s not every day that you find a smaller dealership with reasonable prices, great & friendly staff, & solid business morals. I typically try to shy away from purchasing from dealers & prefer to purchase from private parties as many dealerships often have sketchy business practices & overcharge for every little thing. This is not at all the case with Autorama. I have NEVER before had such a positive experience buying from a dealership as I did with Autorama. I recently purchased a 4runner from them & ran into some minor issues with passing emissions. After contacting them, the guys at Autorama went above & beyond to ensure that the vehicle they sold me was in working order & good to go. From test drive to sale, these guys are personable, knowledgeable, fair, friendly & very efficient. I am an incredibly satisfied customer & would HIGHLY recommend Autorama to anyone in the used car market. I cannot stress enough how great these guys are.

So where do I start! We found a car we loved, with information that was “given” sounded like a steal, a year dream car. Let’s get back to this, we are told the next day we can take it off the lot, yet they haven’t even sent the paper work into the banks, this goes on for 2-3 days so they tell us if you want it to be faster to apply for a loan and bring us the check, that’s not an option they then get us a loan from pacwest say we can get the car then decline the loan. Which everyone knows puts a mark on our credit a decision they made that wasn’t theirs, now they say pacwest and them don’t work together, should of led with that maybe? Now we have occu call us asking if we’re still interested, on the 5 day they sent the paper work in finally, doesn’t work on our side of the deal which is fine, they then sent it into credit concept, we get the loan approved, GREAT! As my partner goes to get they car they inform her there is a small problem with the car, they should of led with that right? They will fix it on them sounds good, we get the car! Now back to the beginning, no oil in the car, I get a oil change then 10 minutes down the road it’s smoking bad, car stalls won’t continue to turn on! We take it to Kendall Subaru the clutch is bad, the engine needs to be torn apart, and all replaced with new parts, oil, coolant and any fluid you need in the car to work, is now all leaking inside of the engine! Note, I’ve only driven the car for 10 minutes! Miguel then says when they “worked” on it nothing was leaking, the car drove perfect must of been the oil change, Kendal Subaru once again says the oil leaking out of the car is brand new perfect oil from the new oil change I’ve gotten done professionally! They can’t even change the transmission fluid, the plug won’t come out, come to find out it’s never been changed! Sunroof doesn’t work, when using the left blinker the dash, ac, radio light all start flashing!7,000 $ after paying for a 11,000 dollar car “09 Subaru wrx Impreza” engine rebuilt! I’d Love to state that my driveline/Driveshaft isn’t even bolted in all the way, the back struts are almost blown out leaking!Buy with caution, they cut corners, they wanted me to get it towed to tiresports instead of “their garage” because it’s easier for the tow truck driver!I wouldn't let them touch the car again as they say they’ll “fix the car that had no problems because they fixed them already”They have to reseal the whole engine, they did offer me a refund, unfortunately I love the car just in the running form, so I won’t be choosing that route! The head gasket needs replaced, the oil was dirty they said but, it’s not suppose to below the tip of the stick not in a Subaru Impreza wrx at all! ??We got the car at 11ish, it sat at my job until I got off after 5 then drove for a total of 10 minutes sadly! Take the test drive, highways and all don’t be fooled!I’m not the first person to leave a review like this, I couldn’t find any until I went further down, and then BOOM way more than I’d think as they shove them down!Just buy with caution do your research unlike I did!- love for the subies not the dealer

I would absolutely recomend these guys if you are looking for a used car! I've bought my last 2 cars from them. They are trustworthy, informative, answered all my extensive questions. They took care of everything my mechanic found needed attention before I purchased the car, and even followed up fixing another minor issue that I found. They have earned my bussiness for a second time now and i would absolutely recomend them to anyone looking for a local, small bussiness with caring trustworthy individuals running the place.

I'm from Texas trying to move to Oregon, and make sure I had a good truck when I arrived. Making a deal long-distance can be difficult and frustrating, but not here at Autorama Eugene ! With the help of Joseph and his fine team, I got a great deal on a truck I love and it was all simple. Joseph does a great job communicating with his customers, and I appreciate that.
