Over many years I have been to several auto repair shops in Eugene. Autohaus has been by far the very best in providing the highest quality work at a fair price. Jesse and his team are highly knowledgeable mechanics. They saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repair work that was recommended by other shops. Jesse is a GREAT guy and true to his word! I was in a bind with an EPC light on (which means see a mechanic ASAP) and being from our of town, he did his best to fit me in and DID despite being booked out 2 WEEKS!! Autohaus has been my repair specialists since 2007! Jesse and the team are kind, honest, reliable and go above and beyond to care for their customer. Took my Audi A7 in after getting an outrageously expensive quote from a different "specialist repair shop". I was skeptical at first but due to their reviews came here and was pleasantly surprised by there professionalism and flexibility. They had my car back to me as soon as possible and were very communicative during my time with them and at a fair price. Autohaus is great. They know what they are doing and if they don’t (I have a hybrid Audi that isn’t often seen) they say they don’t instead of faking it. The work I have had done is been what I asked for and done in a timely manner with a smile and friendly staff. Had Jesse and his crew do a timing belt on my 12 TDI Golf. Great service and very accommodating as they even picked up my car from the dealership as it was getting warranty work done. My tire mechanics discovered a stripped lug nut when changing the tires on my 2011 328xi. I ordered a new one from Autohaus, and they were able to get the lug nut next morning, clean and re-thread the hub, and get me back on my way in less than 1/2 an hour. All this for less than what Firestone quoted just for ordering the nut and screwing it back in. I highly recommend Autohaus for your BMW.

Autohaus is an excellent shop to take your german cars.I've serviced my 2013 VW SportsWagon TDI from them regularly and I've never had any troubles with my car. They also give very helpful information for upcoming services from their inspection/assessment. They're honest about their expertise and would recommend taking the car to the dealership if they cannot address a certain problem cost effectively (I had a DPF issue, the dealership had to replace it under warranty). They also offer a curtesy car while they have your car :)Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
