I'd rather give zero stars. Sold me a "great car, good commuter and get you here and there, never had a problem." Then it immediately stopped working after 3rd drive. I offered to return the car, trade or refund. He offered a trade if I gave him $700 over retail price on a different car. Then, he proceeded to park his truck diagonally in his driveway, blocking driveway completely and my family felt trapped and terrorized. This was when we were still trying to make a deal. I tricked him into getting the truck move and refused to give him his keys back til cops showed up, i did not feel safe. Now I'm reporting a crime of fraud. I saw a working powerwasher on site, "clean car" Never told authorities false allegations. Owner really believes $700 over retail is a "fair trade"

WATCH OUT! Lying salesman on site. Bron or Brian whatever he goes by is a lier, to your face even. Got a van 3 weeks ago, finally got it checked out. Brian said he would never KNOWINGLY sell a car that is messed up. Even said Mckenzie auto doctor said it's fine and in good condition, HA! Guess both of them missed the water flowing out as fast as it goes in the water pump, or the missing bolts in the back motor mount, or the bearings in the ac unit going out oh since your right there you would also see the passenger brake line cut in two from the pully rubbing it and the oil presser sending unit is leaking too. SO.... MISSED ALL THAT HUH???? Oh yeah... my mechanic just started getting into it so great. ANYWAY DONT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. Got my car from him years ago, figured I could get a good one again, I WAS WRONG. I MISS HIS HONEST DAD! I'm sorry it ends like this but...... if he is willing to make it right, I'm open for discussion, AND RE-REVIEW.

Great buying experience from I-5 Sales! They were honest about the vehicle and responsive with communication. I was an out of state buyer and they were very accommodating to my requests. They even took the vehicle to a shop of my choice for an inspection without hesitation. It was a great experience and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Bought a pick up for my 70 year old father. We drove it less then 10 miles and it broke down. When we called they basically said as is and hung up on us. If you want a giant 2500 dollar paper weight go to them if you want a running vehicle find someone else.

Do not buy a vehicle from these people. Him and his son rip people off on their vehicles. Among a lot of things the vehicle was suppose to be ready for me to pick up it was not washed, vacuumed and the gas tank was empty. They told me they just had the oil changed and it wasn't true. When I took the vehicle in the oil was pThey were supposed to provide me with the second key and didn't. This review is just the half of it. BUYERS BEWARE. Read the review before mine he is correct he came out of state and it was a switch and bait and he was stuck here in Eugene. Be sell really old cars over 10 years old for a reason. They do know the law to their benefit. They are very deceitful they told me my car was in good shape when it was not. Please look at the reviews on his company before you decide to purchase. They do move really quick like the prior review before me stated you don't have time to think they move fast like they're busy but that's not the case they move fast to rip you off before you can have a chance to figure out what's going on. Their lot is not open it's always gated and locked during business hours you have to be lucky to drive by to see it unlocked but for the most part their gate is locked and you have to call and arrange a meeting to look at a car. I know what they did to this guy that posted a review as they did it to me I know he's telling the truth because That's what they did to me
