“I knew my brakes needed to be replaced, got a quote from another local place and wanted a second to compare. Midas was cheaper, and Curtis explained to me what was needed and why. He answered my follow up questions, let me know what service could wait (if I wanted) and helped me find coupons for each thing that needed to be done. Very friendly, courteous service that was done within a few hours. Would recommend.”

So many times we called for advice on what something might be so we could do it ourselves when we didn't have the money to take it in or it was cheaper to do it ourselves they would tell us what we could try to do and if it got to where it was something we could not do we took it in and they always did a great job I hope they never close down because I hate most mechanic places dishonest try to tell you things it needs even if it don't just so they can get the money c&l will tell you if it needs to be done now or if it can wait I will never go anywhere else thank you to Ryan and your shop I refer everyone at all times to this place”

“Dave and his crew took on a challenge with my classic convertible and it was a good experience all the way around! Since my drivable fixer upper is not all the way waterproof, Dave made sure to work around mother nature in late March as he kept the project indoors. Very much appreciated.
After the transmission was removed, Dave asked me to drop by and take a look at the sources of fluid leaks and we made a plan going forward. I was really impressed with this step for service.
The work was done in a very efficient and timely manner considering some of the work involved and to be able to find classic car replacement parts, I know that can be a challenge.
I think my biggest surprise was my emergency brake tension was fixed and that wasn’t even in the plan! Who does that?
I am happy to say after driving the car, there are no leaks to be seen. Great work! And the total cost was VERY fair. Schweitzer’s Automotive Center has a new life costumer.”

“Thank god for Perry, Michelle, and Jaydon at Tomlin’s Auto Service! I was on my way to the airport with very little time to return my rental car, check my bag, and check in, when something popped out of my tire (I’m assuming a large rock) and the tire alert went off in my dash. I turned into the Mobile Station there on Highway 99. An attendant there saw my quickly-deflating tire and told me about Tomlin’s just up the road. I couldn’t have been luckier that it was so nearby. I pulled in front of the office and frantically informed Perry and Michelle that I was rushing to the airport.
They sprang into action, repairing the tire for a very reasonable price. In only about five minutes, I was already back on the road on my way to the airport.
I am writing this review from my seat on the flight I was able to make, thanks entirely to the incredible customer service and handiwork of Perry, Jaydon, and Michelle. What’s more, their professionalism, sense of urgency, and friendliness completely alleviated my distress. I would highly recommend Tomlin’s to anyone needing excellent service at affordable prices.”

“The people I interacted with at the shop were very sweet and I appreciated the shops
client interface where they included photos of all the things that need fixing (I appreciate having a visual reference rather than taking someone at their word because a woman, I’ve been lied to by mechanics countless times before). During their routine inspection of everything with the vehicle, they noted my air filters needed to be changed. I declined the service and picked up filters to change myself. I swapped out my cabin air filter for the dirty one no problem, but imagine my surprise when I look at the engine air filter cover and notice none of the clips are closed… I open the cover and there’s no air filter! They noted my engine air filter was dirty and got a picture of it and then proceeded to forget to put it back in after I declined to have them change it for me. I understand everyone is human and mistakes happen, but I shudder to think how much dirt could have gotten into my freshly switched oil had I not gone to replace the filter before my upcoming trip. I would bring my car back here, but would now feel the need to double check everything before driving off the lot…”
“Oregon fuel injection is outstanding! I purchased an fuel injection pump from them for my 3208 Marine Cat diesel engine. I was told maybe 3 weeks for delivery. Delivery in Hawaii was less than a week. I also contact them a few times during installation. They answered the phone immediately and I was able to talk to someone who absolutely had the correct information. From fast delivery to following up AFTER the sale, Oregon Fuel Injection exceeded all my expectations. Simply said, the finest experience I have had in 30 years of working on and fixing my boat engines. Outstanding! Oh, by the way, the engine purrs now like new.........!”

Unfortunately the tires needed to be rebalanced so when I took it back in to be fixed, When I asked what was wrong, He asked if I had hit a pot hole and I hadn't.
I felt like he was BLAMING me for it happening.
Well I have a nice car and don't usually hit them. I guess I should have asked if he drives in Eugene or Springfield because most all roads have them.”
