Brought my Audi in for service. They didn’t want to do the work that I requested. Brought it to a different dealership and discovered that Audi Eugene had broken a temp sensor during diagnosis and chose not to tell me about it. Payed $200 out of pocket to have the sensor fixed.

Our experience with Audi Eugene was nothing but exceptional! Heath, Dominic and Jacob were nothing but patient and kind. We leased our 2024 Q4 etron with confidence! We have always been against the lease option but with all of our options clearly laid before us and all of our questions answered, we left thrilled with our decision! No regrets here!! ?

Just leased a vehicle last week so not much experience but good so far. The experience took 5 hours, and they did deliver it to my house in Eugene which was nice. Glad they are here!

Audi Eugene is the place to go. Gabe is such a wonderful sales person, helpful but not pushy. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help out and answer questions. Everyone we came in contact with there were all really great.

I came through window shopping and had a great experience. Dominic was happy to talk about the cars available and fairly compare and contrast the brand to other luxury brands. This is the kind of experience I expect from luxury dealers. No high pressure sales, just facts and people passionate about cars. I'd highly recommend him as a person who knows the cars and isn't just a sales man who happens to sell Audi. I'll be back when I get tired of my other brand European SUV.

Sales department knowingly sold me a used 4Runner with really bad brakes and tried putting a $700 bill on me just days after my purchase even when it was discussed after the test drive, which the test drive itself showed that the rotors were very worn making the vehicle aggressively shake when coming to a stop and very unsafe to drive. Luckily the dealership has someone like Katie in service who was able to rectify the situation and get it taken care of no problem. She is the reason for the 5 star review and not the sales department. I can see the dealership as a whole flourishing with someone like her moving up the ranks. Go see Katie over at Audi Eugene for your service needs, she gets it done!!!!

I recently purchased my first vehicle from a dealership, and it could not have gone any smoother! Jake was very friendly, easygoing, knowledgeable, and didn’t put any pressure on me whatsoever! Scott was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable! He knew exactly what he was talking about, and could not have been nicer. I came in nervous and left with a car! Great customer service!
