Denise and her team were amazing to work with on our Refinance. We started with a different lender who seemed to tell us only what we wanted to hear and didn't seem as clear and honest. We ended up contacting Denise after this other lender led us down a dead end. Right away we knew we could trust Denise and her team. She was very honest & upfront with the entire process. Denise and her staff helped us purchase our first home, and then later refinance it to get a better interest rate. They were super helpful, professional, prompt, and kind as they helped us navigate the processes, and always willing to explain anything confusing. Denise helped us to figure out what price range we were comfortable with, and patiently stood by as we searched for the perfect home. This was our second time to use Denise and everything went extremely well. Our first was about 20 years ago, and just like fine wine, she got better with a little aging.
