We'd been shopping and contemplating purchasing a canopy for our 2016 Tacoma. I ended up at All American Truck in Eugene, purchased a Leer canopy from Jose. The canopy came in as quoted and received a call from Ryan to schedule installation. Come to find out he was the new manager along with a new counter person, Ashley and shop guy named Dustin. I believe I received an excellent price and even better service from all three. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about canopy's and we also started talking suspension, which I was in need of, and he gave me a quote on, I'll say good, better, best scenario, to include springs, shocks and installation. Once again they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend checking them out and communicating your needs. I not only feel like a valued customer but am part of the family. Thank you all for a wonderful product and experience!!! By the way, I did get the suspension work done and am amazed at how will it's working out! Thanks again!!!

We have now reached out to them for three different requests for multiple vans that our company operates. We were looking for ladder racks and mounts. We were told we would get a call back and never did. We followed up with them several times and still did not get anything back from them.
We went to the internet and now the stuff we needed is going to show up.
They need to be better about following up with customers.

I needed a new rear window for my SnugTop. After ordering over the phone, I went in for the replacement and found a courteous and competent team of professionals. The replacement is perfect, the price was fair, the work was done within the timeframe stated, and I was treated well-- what more can one ask?

Ryan at All American was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help me understand and figure out the most cost effective beneficial upgrades and an order to start getting them done. I’m so happy to have such trusted and knowledgeable people to go to regarding my truck which I’m at the mercy of helpful people as I’m not real knowledgeable about it. A great experience. I added a canopy, Bed Rug, bed extension, to my truck. Guys said the canopy would not be in until June. It is April and I got the call it was all in. Happy with the results.

i hate to leave bad reviews. but these guys are not worth it. i got my shocks in about 3 weeks which is good! but… from there i’ve done nothing but fight to get simple minor parts for the literal last year from them. the last set of people to work there slacked bad. i came in to a new set of employees that promised me i wouldn’t wait more than 2 weeks ever again. here I am another month and a half into waiting to still have heard nothing from them. all i need are shock mounts and retaining clips. again. it’s been an entire year just to get these simple parts.

Do not buy a Snugtop Canopy Cover. Snugtop does not support warranty repairs. Needed a new drop down window, leaked after first rain storm, it rains in Oregon. Dealer ordered new window Oct 2021, available no later than mid Nov per salesman. As of Mar 2022 no window. Called Snugtop and Local Dealer multiple times, excuses: Covid, holiday, moved, needed to make new molds, lost 50% of staff. Not sure if company is in LA or Mexico. All American Truck and SUV still sales new Snugtops, knowing warranty items are not being shipped or supplied. Was talked out of a Leer by local salesman. If the canopy was defective would replace the whole canopy, will not refund money. A leaking window is not a defect even though parts are not available. No refund, will seal window with caulk to stop leak, no compensation for defective canopy. They get a one star because they keep selling a product with known warranty problems. The customer gets screwed.

I was robbed by a man with what I could only describe as he had a hook and hooves. I was very scared he sounded like Ferb from Phineas and ferb and looked like Richard Ramirez, never going back and I have to buy a new coin purse so now I have to live the hell of having 74 cents clinging around in my pocket. I bought my second canopy from Eugene All American almost five years ago for a new Tundra. Leer had pretty good reviews online I had one installed. After a year, the back window wouldn’t close, mounting hardware was inadequate and coming loose and it leaked in the rain at all four corners. All American made it right after trying to charge me for initial improper install. Now at the end of five year “warranty” period the following problems exist - back window doesn’t close, four corners leak in rain, mounting hardware rusting, paint on handle gone, paint rubbed off tailgate where back window makes contact, lock dropped out, interior light not working, hinge came apart on back window and pistons no longer lift back window all the way open. Shop blamed previous owners, again. Said only part under warranty was pistons! Promised to call me when they arrived, never did. You’d think after spending almost two grand for a molded piece of fiberglass with a window in it you’d get the product you were promised - boy was I wrong! Never again will I buy at All American. Hope they get lots of new/naive customers. Repeat customers are few and far between.

I have had a good experience here. They ordered the wrong part at first, but it was a younger guy who messed up, I think just due to inexperience. They got me they right parts and got them discounted to make up for the mix-up. It took way longer than they said to install everything which kind of annoyed me but at the end of the day I am happier it was done correctly than done in a hurry. And they were super chill and nice to me when I came back with questions. I recommend them.

Tried twice to get service from this company for a canopy for my truck. I spoke with a salesman who went over possible options and he said we would call me the following Monday. After no call, I called again and spoke with the store manager who took over my order. He put me onto several options and said he had contacted one of their distributors for a quote. I had followed up on this myself for several days before I took it upon myself to contact the distributor myself, for I had taken a new job and wanted this ASAP. I immediately put 5000 down on a 8000 dollar purchase. It’s now been over a month and this company has never reached out to me.
