This store never seems to be fully stocked. They never have enough cashiers and there's always a huge line of people waiting to check out at self checkout.

One self checkout was down, but at least they have them. Seems to be always short staffed with long checkout lines, however staff are always courteous and friendly

Been going here for years and I prefer this Albertsons to the others. The location is convenient as I live in Lowell - and the staff here is always helpful. The pharmacy is huge - the produce is always first rate and the offer pick up - which I use often. Great store and great prices IF you pay attention to the coupons and use them.

Had a bit of issues with the app (as someone who works for the company, it's awful) and the deals had a bunch of issues at the register. The guy who had been running self check out was so sweet and genuinely tried to help get it to work. Discounts really make it worth shopping here for some things.

I had to submit a complaint to Albertsons corporate. It is very unprofessional and ridiculous that this pharmacy does not accept phone calls. As per Oregon law, I have to call the pharmacy to submit my prescription, and it is unreasonable for me to use my time and gas to drive over to fill my prescription. I should only have to come to pick it up. This should be resolved immediately. I have seen complaints going back far too long complaining about the fact you do not take phone calls. Before I moved, I went to the busiest pharmacy in Eugene. How is it they were able to take phone calls but a far lower demand pharmacy is unable to? Pharmacies should be well aware how important it is for people to get their medications. I am frankly disgusted and have gone days without my much needed medication. I am considering calling the better business bureau, or another higher up to report this. It is the most basic operative function of pharmacies to answer calls. If this store is incapable of running a pharmacy at the most basic level, do not have one. This is an issue that should be resolved immediately.

I'm usually not a fan of Albertsons and only shop there if I need something, and there's not another option close by. I was pleasantly surprised with this specific Albertsons location. I interacted with four different store employees. Three of them were upbeat, friendly, and talkative. I will probably shop there again.

The staff here is great and hard working. Always extremely friendly and helpful. Store is clean and everything well stocked. I don't go anywhere else.
