pharmacy customer service has really dropped down.. very poor service.. had an appointment for Covid vax.. they said they notified me of cancelation.. phone and by email.. they did neither.. then after I told them that they said " didn't have my email"... I got an email every day from them reminding me of my appointment...

Was in a hurry to get snacks for the hike. Can't comment on their prices as I was just visiting and had no clue what other places offered. But it was a clean and quiet grocery store on a Saturday morning with enough parking spaces in front of the store. Self check out was easy and fast. No complaints!

Can I just say everyone at this Albertsons location, from Cindy, to Ethan and Andrew and everyone in the pick-up crew are all incredibly kind, sweet, and pleasant? Today I had my Mumm pick up something for me and she needed assistance checking out at the customer service and Cindy and other staff were so kind and patient with her as well! Whenever I interact with them via phone or otherwise they are so pleasant and I am grateful for their joy and kindness! Thank you for making my Albertsons experiences wonderful!

this albertsons is no bueno. i am a patient person believe it or not. really. 8:30 pm and there were literally no employees checking people out. there was a backed up line of people at the self-checkout and one poor woman left to supervise this band of idiots...(myself included). albertsons has either extremely high confidence in the general populations ability to use self-serve checkout services, doesn't care, cant get people to work for them. etc. i dunno, but it was a frustrating experience. i growled audibly several times. i would have liked to have them provide the service of taking care of the processing for me. i had a huge amount of produce and the whole argument with the faceless robot about putting an item in the bag thing is completely absurd... i put the scanned item in the bag!!! ugh, i loathe self checkout. if they would have had at least one professional grocery checker-outer human person, that would have been awesome. that should be a rule. grocers must have 1 person doing the ringing thing. i dont want to ring up my own damn groceries, if i am doing the work i ought to get a labor discount or incentive no? also, the lighting in there is so depressing it makes me want to drown myself in a bathtub. you get what you pay for. the folks at the sav-on pharmacy are nice.

Consistently terrible customer service. Some of the clerks are incredibly rude and we are kind/compassionate people.

I'm so sick of places with deceptive prices. These donuts were $1.50 each. Not a lot of money but almost twice what the tags say.

I'm posting this because of Roger and Terri, an Albertsons Service Manager Terri went above and beyond to help me fix a problem with an online order that had nothing to do with her store. I ordered groceries from Albertsons Online and it was the best ever. I could see more clearly the items I wished to purchase and found more bargains than I would have if I had been walking around in the store. I had ordered from OTHER online grocery stores and had gotten meats that looked like they had been frozen for months. But my Albertsons bacon, chicken, fish, vegetables and fruits were all 100% fresh.Albertsons in store shopping is great as well. The people actually smile, greet you and offer to help and those qualities are rare these days. As for cost, I see little cost difference between Albertsons and other stores that claim to save you money. There are fees for grocery deliveries but they are small in comparison to the what you save on time, gas and money from great deals. The grocery delivery service is good for elderly people, busy people, people who stay home or for people who may pay to go to the grocery store. They make great gifts too because once you pay the yearly fee you are no longer charged a delivery fee.

I had the rudest experience while visiting this Albertsons from multiple employees including "John" the manager remarking specifically on " my face" , and stating that I was " straight off the boulevard ". I am actually a cancer patient. I dont even feel like remarking to the staff on thier rude behaviors. I will NEVER come to this store again for any reason.

Dear John the store manager! You need to learn respect! Talking crap about YOIR employees behind there back is imature of you and creates a hostile work environment. As for the incedent on Monday where one of your employees was assaulted by a customer: you can be sued! You failed to keep your employee safe! Heck you hid in your office! Then when confronted by someone about YOIR failure to your job you refused to talk to them! In fact had your employees lie and claim your not

My son is an employee of 2.5 years. He is owed 2.5 weeks PAID vacation. He keeps getting denied. Mike and Shane threaten police on him constantly and threaten police on me his mother. They also threaten to fire him all the time. He has anxiety and acid reflux which he was forced to get a doctors note for or be fired. I have filed my second complaint with this company as he is currently at a hospital suffering his second panics attack in two years. MIKE AND SHANE STOP BULLYING MY SON AND ME!!! I have every right to call and complain to you as I'm a customer as well! If customers can call and complain about any employer then I sure as hell can too and WITHOUT being hung up on or threatened!!!

Positives: The employees are nice... 5 stars for them. (That's it) Negatives: Their produce is always spoiled and yet it's always sitting on the shelves waiting to be sold. Then when it doesn't sell they just cut it up and package it and double the price. I was in there yesterday(even though it's been like this every single time I'm in there) and the pineapples all had mold growing on the bottom.. you can tell all their 3 for $12 fruit bowls are old spoiled fruit nobody purchased. Berries had mold on them... grapes were shriveled up and molding... cauliflower was all brown, yellow, and hard. Their cucumbers were all shriveled and molding on the ends. That's all I looked at yesterday before I decided I wasn't even going to try buying fresh produce. I did end up buying a container of their homemade guacamole for 8 damn dollars which was a mistake because of course the tomatoes inside were so spoiled they were turning dark brown/Black. At first I thought I was the avocado turning dark because we all know they do that, but nope... just filled with rotten tomatoes. If y'all are perfectly fine with selling rotten produce, I can't imagine the tricks you're playing with your meat department. Anyway... 6 months I've been coming to this store and spending my hard earned money on your overpriced garbage but yesterday was the last time I'll spend money with you because this is beyond unacceptable. If you want to know how to properly run a grocery store, call down to Texas... I'm sure HEB would love to give you some tips because they're nice like that.
