Day after Christmas, came down to pick up some dinner, and ALL of the meat counters were absolutely bare! Except for the fake meat. Stocking has been getting increasingly worse. Moving on to another grocery.

I have used the Division Avenue location of SavOn Pharmacy for many years. Customer service has been hit and miss over the years. They have always had extremely high turnover, but generally did fairly well with billing issues and were fairly quick with refills. That is, until recently. It took two months of ME calling the pharmacy and doctor’s office repeatedly to get the problem ironed out and finally get my albuterol filled. SaveOn staff blamed the issue on the clinic, but it turned out to be their error that delayed the refill of my inhaler for two months. Similar issues have occurred over the last year and it has been very frustrating and has delayed treatment. Additionally, I picked up a prescription a couple of days ago that I have been taking for years. It is taken as needed and can be taken up to two times per day. When I picked it up this time, a pharmacist I had never seen before came to do the counsel, approved it on the computer and, as she turned to walk away, stated “be sure to only use it as needed” while giving me a stern side-eye. Mind you, it is an extremely low dose of a controlled medication, so I caught her drift. I explained that this is exactly what I do. In fact, I take far less than what is allowed according to the prescription and sometimes don’t take it when I should. She already had her back turned to me when I spoke, so I doubt she even heard me. After dealing with the many, many billing issues, intermittently poor customer service (like the tech who said that ensuring that insurance was billed properly wasn’t the pharmacy’s responsibility, but mine), and disrespectful behavior by multiple staff that are not regular members of this locations team, I have decided to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. After some light investigation I also discovered that SaveOn is one of the most expensive pharmacies in the area. I definitely recommend that people in this area consider other pharmacies for their needs.

Needed prescription filled from a weekend ER visit. Costco is my regular pharmacy, but they are closed on Sunday and Monday was Labor Day. I looked on line and found that the pharmacy was opened. I called to confirm their hours and availability of the medication. Great service in a time of great need. I will be going back for my COVID vaccination.

I have called 11 times (various times through out the day, not including my voicemail from the day before) with questions and concerns about a medication they gave me. I haven’t gotten one response back. No one has picked up the phone even. Very disappointed, save your time and go elsewhere.

They work super hard in such difficult times. The pharmacists are friendly, willing to smile and easy to laugh with even though they are tired.

Asian tech was rude to my wife, wife was told to be there at a certain time and the prescription would be ready, wife was on time tech didn't see her because she was sitting on the floor due to the serious pain she was in. Wife got her attention only to get yelled at then found out prescription wasn't ready. I got notifications my prescription is ready, I go down there and they are closed. sign says they will be open tomorrow. Next day I get more notifications, I go down there they are closed AGAIN. I get there are times you can't be open during normal hours BUT DONT PROMPT ME TO WASTE TIME AND GAS COMING DOWN THERE WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR NOT OPEN!!!

Always out of online items...cant even say when the last time i got the meat that was advertised..the meat department is always half empty wal the guy just walks around. The employees are nice besides the customer service woman which makes no sense, so you get a 2 star. Corporate should show up once unannounced and see this place. I'll probably just drive to the royal store from now on.

I like this pharmacy and the people, but the lines are too long. It takes between a half hour and an hour to pick up meds. They need to speed up the check out line! I understand staffing shortages, but this has been going on for a long time. Time to make a change, or add a check out person. If not, I may switch pharmacies.

I have never publicly left any person or company negative feedback before But after years of experience negative customer service by most of the technicians and pharmacists that work at this location I feel compelled to do so. The medication is uncommon and only available location. If I could have switched pharmacies, I would have done so a long time ago. On the days that my medication need to be filled I will get there right at opening in hopes of having my medication before I begin my scheduled work day. I am still told on these days that it will take a minimum of two hours to have my prescription ready. And even on the days that don’t appear to be super busy, it’ll still take them the full 2 hours that they quoted me to have my medication ready. Even though waiting two hours is inconvenient, I honestly wouldn’t even be that bothered about it except for the fact that the employees seem annoyed and put out by me every single month. Despite this, I always remain professional and polite even though inside it makes me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I used savon for years and after 30+ minutes in line, which hey im in health care I understand the staffing needs..just to be told that their automatic system is incorrect? That I STILL have to wait for medication that SHOULD have been automatically refilled in the first place.. I've waited for 5 days now for my medications that should be on automatic fills..just to get home less than 5 minutes away to get another text to pick up it's ready now! NOT WASTING MY TIME GOING BACK TO THE PHARMACY TODAY! Ridiculous, unpleasant and extremely unprofessional people and environment behind the counter! Don't waste your time here do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Several weeks ago I tried to get new glucose meter, They kept trying to give me test strips with no meter. Several trips, several calls. I give up. The clerk suggested I try Target because Sav-On does not have them.. Nice.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 15 plus years. In fact, I now live in a different area of Eugene and I still drive to Savon on Division to get my Rx refilled. I am also a medical professional in this community and during this pandemic crisis they are doing the best they can do with what they have. We all get frustrated when our meds aren’t ready - including myself. I think at this time we need to give them all some grace because it IS SO DIFFICULT right now for all of us. I appreciate Tiffany’s kindness and she is so knowledgeable and caring. I know she cares about my well-being along with my son. Tony - you can’t have a better pharmacist, he’s the real deal and he takes care in what my providers prescribe me and my son for our incurable disease we share. Annie is wonderful, too. Calm and always willing to help with a smile. Just remember, during this time right now, kindness to your medical providers goes along way and Pharmacies are apart of that circle of care. Thank you for all your hard work!
