They don't check or clean the rentable carpet cleaners. Rented a rug cleaner that had been sitting in store filled with sewage water! I drove one block and could smell it turned around brought it back. It already leaked in the back of my car. Only help the store would give is to say somebody else messed up. It has been sitting leaking contaminated water in the front of the store for how long? How many shoes have tracked it around the store? Their mistake will cost me hundreds in lost items and cleaning fees.

The featured " Aps " promotion is clearly deceiving and poorly used. The price shown for an item is 3 to 4 times higher at the register. We do not have the ability to download the Aps nor do we want to. The price shown is too good to be true. If you have the "Ap." If you do not know or want the aps be prepared to see a much higher price at the register. Why do people who use Aps get such a good deal? Are they more deserving? Are they more intelligent? This is a poor marketing ploy. And unfair.

Apparently if you shop in the evening you must now ring up your own groceries as they have no check out lanes open. I already have a job where I work harder than the 3 ladies standing there doing nothing but chatting while I had to ring up my own items. If there is any chance I will have to ring up my own groceries I don't go.

Love the store the employees. I'm giving you guys a one because you are separating your employees from getting a vaccine and not getting one. I will never spend money here again. Winco doesn't force their employees guess I'll wait in long lines to support a company who cares about their workers

Customer service flat out lied when I asked about propane tanks. If you’re sold out, then say “SOLD OUT!” when someone says they’re going to run home real quick to grab the replacement shell. Don’t say “they’re selling fast” as if you have some. Not real good customer service, the cashier’s are always nice and helpful. Sad that the one place labeled customer service provides the exact opposite.

Won’t shop here again. During my experience on 5/09 I saw two different gentlemen without a mask or face shield....nothing. I asked an employee if they enforce the mandate and he responded with “uhm I don’t know”. We have a state wide mandate and also why is there a sign on the door saying required for entry....for decoration? One of the gentlemen was laughing talking to another employee while fishing through the produce. As a healthcare employee it’s shameful to see this and know Albertsons doesn’t give a crap.

Disappointed you guys stopped selling Grown in ID French Fries and Tator Tots. When asked one of the supervisors we were told that they still carry them but they were pulled off the shelf for a recall. I called Lamb and Wesson to check on the call since I have product in my freezer and was advised that they have never had a recall. Disappointed that we were told that and I guess we will have to change where we shop.

We just brought their broasted chicken yesterday.11-21-20.And what a waste of money. The skin was basically burnt, crunchy, some pieces were dried out.AND there was enough salt to float a battleship. If we had lived closer to the store we would have returned it.The stores prices are high enough and to sell this type of chicken is not worthy of this called chicken.

No care whatsoever for coronavirus. No social distancing whatsoever from the staff. Completely rude. Produce is always trash and rotting. Everything is filthy, I've given them so many chances before deciding to write this review but when you speak up to an employee about a concern they laugh at you. I can't forget my experiences they've been just terrible. Nothing gets cleaned and bring wipes and wipe your cart, your check out area and see for yourself!

I went in today and this place is NO LONGER COVID SAFE!!!!!!! I saw no cleaning of carts at all or any sign that said that the carts were sanitized. The produce selection was really hit and miss some stuff was fine and some stuff is either out of stock or disgusting and should not have been out for sale, some things were missing completely. I couldn't get a simple selection of fruit for my toddler. Couldn't get a common item in the baby aisle either. Then I go to check out and it's just a madhouse in there, everyone has to squeeze in to the self check out through space about as wide as a cart. Once you get in the self check out there ITS PACKED, about almost 15 people in there mostly well within 6 feet of each other more like 2 to 3 feet of each other. I wave down the self checkout attendant and she laughed off all of my concerns I asked for the manager and she laughed again she didn't care about anything. This place no longer cares about Covid !!!!!!!! I will specifically avoid the store and switch all of my prescriptions from what was the best pharmacy in town, to any place but this dump. if you're not gonna care about Covid right now shame on you, and shame on everyone in the store, and this is not the first time I've seen this. I have blatantly seen their employees ignore simple Covid procedures in the store since February. THIS STORE MANAGER HAS GOT TO GO!!!! I don't care to die from the virus or be sick from it, neither should any of the people around me who are immune compromised suffer if I get it, SHAME on you Albertson's disgusting store today. Never returning here.

Why 3 stars you ask? Well I'd love to give this location 4 stars because the store is always clean, well stocked, & every staff member I've ever spoken to or received help from have been very pleasant & shown great customer service skills. The store also has a great selection of all the standard options of meat & seafood. When I've asked for certain items to be wrapped/packaged a specific way that required a few more minutes of their time, they have always fulfilled my request without any hesitation or look of annoyance. Why then only 3 stars, well it's because of the Produce Department. I bought blueberries 2 days ago & went to eat them tonight only to find they are insanely sour. Time and time again I've bought berries and/or avocados only to find they are anything but satisfying. This isn't a 2 or 3 time occurrence either. It's been so consistent that I rarely shop here anymore because I purchase & eat a fair amount of produce. So I go to the next closest store for all items except for steak & seafood. Those items I will go to Albertsons for because they sell a good cut of meat :-)

Royal Ave. Albertsons employees are rude, distant and prejudice to the senior and disabled in this neighborhood!!! When you shop the sales because that is what you can afford they don't honor the sales if you are senior or disabled. They are constantly rude and distant to the disabled in our area. Please, don't let this behavior continue don't shop this Royal Ave. Albertsons. We must protect the disabled and seniors in our neighborhood
