I would give ZERO stars if that was an option!! State Farm contacted this company to tow our car from our house (as a result of an MVA - caused by other driver) to the autobody shop located aprx 20 mins away. We waited for 2 hrs, missed work, they finally arrived and left at 11:20 am. It did not arrive at the autobody shop until 3 HOURS later. Called to find out what they were doing w/ our car for all of the unaccounted time. They said they got another tow job, so "dropped" it at their tow site to attend to another tow job first. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Kid from AE Towing just arrived at my office to tow my truck because a lady renting a space at the storage unit across the street said I was in her way. Told them both I was authorized to park where I was parking and he said "move it or I'm hooking up to it". One call to property management and he left. Should probably not act so quickly to a phone call from Karen without doing some research first. Can only imagine what I would be dealing with if a coworker hadn't seen the tow truck. Obviously not a reputable company to deal with.

This place has the worst customer service. I called and made an appointment and when I arrived the lady had just stepped out for lunch and now I have to wait another hour in their parking lot Plus they charged me $400 to pick up my Jeep after they towed it from a place that shouldn't have been towed

Would vote 0 stars if possible, very unhelpful and uncaring staff. Fees are highly targeted, and they are notorious for stealing stuff out of cars they tow (for me it was golf clubs, chargers, glove compartment emptied as well). I would choose the satisfaction of burning this horrible establishment to rubble, over solving world hunger. Police can't even do anything about the cars they rob in the lot behind the building. Every other review is a plant by the business themself.

Office staff and driver were very professional and friendly, and it took less than 40 minutes for them to come and get my car. I will be using them and recommending them in the future.

Corey was very professional on Saturday evening and was able to get a picture for me of what had broke on my car. Thank you ?Spencer provided professional service as well on Monday morning. Made sure my buick got to Les Schwab safely. Very happy with my service with your company. Drivers are nice, and accommodating. They also stayed in communication with me about their eta. Called when they arrived. Thank you again!!!

AE Towing was very responsive, professional and extremely helpful in my time of need. A+++ towing company. Hopefully I won’t need to use a towing company again, but if I do, it will be AE Towing!

Very unprofessional the tow truck driver couldn't find the house after already receiving the address he kept calling me botherimg me at work and then he tried starting my truck for half an hr mind you the truck is broken down and he's causing unnecessary damage to it. Never again a e towing
