The individual driving truck number 554283 on I5 between Medford and grants pass is doing well over 70 mph with double trailers. Also cannot keep in the lane swerving all over the road. Maybe need to teach them your commitment to safety to have posted on your website

Lost half of my order somehow when it was all shrink wrapped together leaving the distributor. Took over a month to get it all figured out. I recommend going elsewhere

Had a freight pickup on 01/10/23. Initially there was a situation regarding dropoff based on vehicle spacing. After a little collaborating, suggestions and improvising everything was worked out in a very positive manner and the driver was very helpful. He even gave us a block of instructions on functionality of the ramp and bracing devices. I have used this company twice and with great results. Thank you ABF!

Unprofessional. Was expecting a delivery within a certain time period and told I would get a call when the driver was an hour out. After the time I called to check on the ETA, the dispatcher was rude and unapologetic with no answers. Said the delivery was delayed but I was never notified. I wouldn’t use this company if you value professionalism and your time.

Delayed my shipment 24hrs without notice, forcing me to rent a forklift for an extra day and the freight arrived damaged. ABF cost me $150 in unnessecary forklift fees because they cant schedule their own trucks and didnt alert me of the delay. Driver was awesome and super helpful.

ABF freight employs dangerous drivers. We were almost run off the road by one today and then we were behind him and he start swerving all over the freeway. He couldn't stay in his lane. He kept drifting and then over correcting. We took a picture of the back of the truck with the truck number and license plate. We will be contacting a friend who owns a trucking company to find out who we report this to. Which authority oversees the trucking industry.
