Consistently overcharging and not honoring promotions. Went to buy some twisted teas and on the door it clearly stated 2 for 5.50. when I got to checkout it rung up for 7.20. cashier told me I was wrong and there was nothing they could do and either I pay or I needed to leave. Super rude and makes me wonder what other things I have been overcharged for at this location. My girlfriend refuses to enter this location because the floors by the slurpee machines are so sticky it's almost comical. That and she had a rat run past her foot. Currently none of their slurpee machines even work (not that they ever did) and they have the machines pulled away from the walls and rat traps laid everywhere. Not sure if I will ever go to this location ever again.

Every time I come in here the workers are always in phone call. I’m also a dasher and most of the time the order isn’t started until I arrive

Pretty bad location. Never have a problem when i go there before work around 5:30am, staff at that time are competent and cool. If i go there after work at around 3pm, the entire shift is absolutely rude and speaking ill of the customer directly to their face (in their native tongue, they probably think no one would understand).

Very rude service. I bought something and the cashier didn't let me use the restroom. He just said "No permission, no permission" and closed the door.

Terrible 711 location. The employees are rude and try to steal from you by not giving correct change. They never honor promotions on any products. But when I drive to another one and do get the promo. 711 corporate has got to step in on and stop this location from being ran so poorly.

incompetent employees, they couldn’t figure out how to choose powerball numbers instead of random numbers. They also charged me twice for the same item.

They never have coffee the hot food is been out for way to long. I tried to correct. Them when they over charged me and 3 of the workers hit me kicked my dog and dragged me out of the store and commenced to keep kicking me till a buy stander said they were.callimg the police. Of course Eugene finest never showed the.way these people treat you at this store is wrong and something needs to be done
