“We had a tire blow out on Highway 26 on our way back from skiing at Mt. Hood with our kids in tow. It was getting dark outside and although we managed to get the car off to the side if the road, we didn't want to venture into tire changing on our own. We called All-Ways Towing and they showed up when they said they would show up and charged what they said they would charge. Shout out to Taylor (sp?) for doing a great job jacking our car up on soft ground, changing that pesky tire and helping us get home safely!”
“Car died on highway 212 in Boring. Called Cascade and reported my location, condition and requested service. Got dispatched to Skyler who called me back almost instantly, verified my location and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Sure enough, 14 minutes later he showed up, spent a good 10 minutes attempting to charge my battery and jump start my vehicle, but it was dead. Quoted me a reasonable flat tow fee to get home, hooked me up quick, got me home and got the vehicle parked in the driveway. No mileage or dispatch fees. Pretty good for 9:30 on a Sunday morning.”
